5 Steps To Write A Good Essay REssaysondemandLisa Muthukumar
Here is a 150-word introduction for the manuscript:
The tumor suppressor protein p53 plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation. In cells where p53 is absent or mutated, this loss of growth regulation allows tumors to form and progress. Traditionally, p53 was thought to suppress tumors through cell-autonomous mechanisms, inducing cell cycle arrest or apoptosis in cells experiencing DNA damage or other stresses. However, recent evidence suggests p53 can also exert non-cell autonomous tumor suppressive effects. This manuscript aims to review the emerging evidence that p53 induces cellular senescence in neighboring cells, which activates a senescence-associated secretory phenotype that influences the tumor microenvironment and limits tumor growth in

LAND USE LAND COVER AND NDVI OF MIRZAPUR DISTRICT, UPRAHUL
This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like

During the time period when the Jim Crow Law was in effect, African Americans suffered drastically

Life in general is full of labels. When I say labels most people will think of the labels for food, or toys.
I am not talking about those kind of labels. I am talking about the labels we put on people. In other
words they could be called stereotypes. Labels and stereotypes might not seem like a big deal, but it
can be. Labels like gender, race, sexuality,or religion can be very important to know. Those same
labels can be completely useless, and can cause problems. Labels start to cause problems when we use

that might not be so horrific. Labels

This song is similar to John Misto s play The Shoe Horn Sonata as both of these text employ distinctly
visual techniques to offer a variety of perspectives on the world, and to convey and create meaning.
Both of these texts focus on the concept of survival and the effects of war. However, The Shoe Horn
Sonata focuses on the effect of a female POW camp, while I was only nineteen focuses on the effects
of fighting on the active soldiers. In this song the audience is presented with an image of the effects of
the war, and become emotionally invested in the story of the protagonist and become emotionally
invested in him as they gain a personal insight into his life after the war. One example of distinctly
visual elements in this song is the use of imagery. This is created so that the audience can form an
image of the events being described and assist in the conveyance of the author s message. This can be
seen in the line ...and there s me in me slouch hat and me SLR and greens . This allows the reader to
visualise the characters. This use of imagery allows the reader to become emotionally invested in the
characters, as they feel like they were there with them. This makes the story seem more realistic.
Another example of this is the line and an Asian orange sunset through the scrub. This is a pun on the
chemical Agent Orange that was used in the war. This makes the song seem more realistic as it
incorporates authentic elements from the war. Therefore, through its use of imager, the song I was

circumstances, any woman can take a stand even if they re powerless. It takes courage to liberate
yourself from oppression and others. Many might not agree with the position that Hagar took when
she decide to run away from her owners. Even though she ran away, she put her trust in God to guide
her through what even journey she may endure. It s not even day back in Hagar times that a slave
decided to liberate herself from her family. Hagar was just an inmost virgin slave that was oppressed

dynamic nominalism is that by giving a name to a category or group, the people in this group or
category will adopt characteristics to fit this new label. In this essay, I will explore Hacking s term,
dynamic nominalism and defend his view by discussing gender and stereotypes. In his article, Making

For instance, one may argue that race does not fit the definition of a category as it does not satisfy the
true meaning of the nominalist theory. The main problem with racism as per the nominalist theory is
that its intension is not definable. This is to imply that there is no sufficient attributes that one can
assign to the membership of a certain race. It is this apparent lack of definite meaning as well as lack
of biological basis that delineates racism from dynamic nominalism. Gender stereotypes can also be
explained through biological determinism rather that dynamic nominalism. Based on the biological
determinism, they are individual genes or some aspects of their psychology that determine gender
based behaviour. Essentially, these biological factors tend to ignore the roles of learning and
environmental factors in determining personality traits. When it comes to dynamic nominalism

The classroom has always been a place for learning and taking on new challenges. Normally, the
discovery has some kind of connection to the class one is taking, however recently 11 out of 10
students have reported a new kind of discovery: a musical one. Students have found a way to exercise
their right of freedom of speech through performing musical numbers during class. Although only a
select few are confident enough to perform in front of such an audience, if a student starts playing, the
teacher will automatically stop the class so that the rest of the students can focus on what is truly
important. The new genre is called gurglespla and the number of followers are growing by the

disruptive nature was simply an outlet for the student to express themselves. It is not the first time
something that once was unfavorable became likeable. Another instance is the recent fad of food

18. Sensitive Period In Critical Period
Introduction
It is commonly accepted that the earlier people start learning a language, the more successful they will
be. However, it is difficult to ascertain how much intertwined language acquisition and age really are.
The concept of a sensitive period , which is a phase during development when learning a particular
skill can occur more effectively than later on in life, is well known in nature. A few examples are
imprinting in ducks and song learning for songbirds (Clark 2009). The sensitive period is sometimes
regarded as critical, implying that, once it is past, that specific skill can no longer be learnt.
The idea that human language is normally acquired during a critical period was first proposed by
Lenneberg, with the Critical Period Hypothesis (CPH). Considering data regarding recovery from
aphasia, Lenneberg (1967) hypothesized that language learning could only occur during a critical
period, starting from age two until twelve. This happens as the lateralization of the brain, which is the
specialization of the left hemisphere for language, is by then considered to be complete. Therefore, the
critical period is used to explain the reason why the automatic acquisition from mere exposure to a
given language seems to disappear after this age [puberty] and foreign accents cannot be overcome
easily after puberty (Lenneberg 1967: 176). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This essay aims to discuss the evidence concerning the CPH and to reflect upon its implications for
language learning. I will first consider feral children and then second language acquisition as ways of
testing the CPH, followed by the main causes of current dissent. Finally, I will conclude that the
existence of a critical period remains inconclusive and suggest that a sensible period is more

19. Examples Of Ecofeminism And Environmental Ethics
Ecofeminism as an environmental issue.
Environmental ethics are based on moral relations that hold between human and the natural world
(Paul, 1986). In environmental ethics people are extending the ethics to the environment by the
exercise of self restraint (Roderick, 1989). The ethical principles that governs the relations of humans
and nature determine human duties, obligations and responsibilities with regard to the Earth s natural
environment and all the animals and plants that inhabit the nature (Paul, 1986). Environmental ethics
has evolved to the point where many scientists believe they have a major responsibility to help society
deal with the human predicament (Paul 2002). Most of the environmental ethics are through
anthropocentrism. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Ecofeminism is also referred to as a theory which makes the links between the oppression of women
and the oppression of nature in patriarchal culture; an ethical position informed by ecofeminist
thought and activism is one which resists these oppressions (Constance et al, 1996). Early ecofeminist
analyses of the causes and solutions for environmental ethics were based on the idea of a feminine
principle of care that was thought as a foundation for a sustainable livelihood (David, 2003). The
approach of feminine principle later became the object of internal critique, the critique included the
development of feminist principles that criticized the meanings of feminine, masculine, nature and
culture (David, 2003). According to this latter, critical approach, ecofeminism could no longer be
defined as a community of women rather the community of people who participate in critical
ecofeminist analyses of the global environmental situation (David, 2003). Many different
interpretations of ecofeminism exist, each rooted in a particular intersection of race, class, geography
and conceptual orientation (Constance et al, 1996). This diversity also reflects the multiple points
from which ecofeminists have entered the movement (Constance et al, 1996).These include both
academic and activist involvement in animal liberation, environmentalism, international development,
peace activism, biotechnology, and genetic engineering (Constance et al, 1996). A strong influence in
ecofeminism has been deep ecology, primarily academic movement which posits anthropocentrism as
the root cause of the environmental crisis (Constance et al, 1996). The pervasive belief that nature is

because, it is not effective, it pushes people away from the military, and there will be less sexual

25. What Are The Factors That Affect The Rate Of Reaction
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this investigation was to identify and investigate the relationship between various
factors and the rate of a reaction. The reaction that was tested, used the combination of a potassium
starch solution mixed with a sodium solution, commonly known as the Iodine Clock Reaction . The
two clear solutions are mixed together, which after a given time will form a dark blue solution. The
factors used in this investigation are the concentration of two substances and the temperature at which
the reaction occurred.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Kinetics is essentially the study of reaction rates and how they can be affected. Factors such as
concentration, pressure, temperature, and enzyme activity, are commonly tested regarding their impact
on the rate of a reaction (Khan Academy, 2017). It is important to recognise and understand the
components that affect the rate of chemical reactions as this allows control over the reaction process.
Chemical reactions progress naturally at different rates. A chemical reaction involves the
rearrangement of the molecular or ionic structure of substances as they change into other substances
by the breaking of bonds in reactants and the formation of bonds in products (Wilbraham, 2002).
Collision theory can be used to explain why chemical reactions proceed at different rates. Collision
Theory states that atoms, ions and molecules must collide in order for a reaction to proceed and form
products (Stubbings, 2017). Thus, the

Fatima V Montano Luna English 100 Professor Timonthy J. Juntilla 30 November 2017 Kim Research
Paper Rudyard Kipling s genuine work was obtusely polemical; however, a genius radical message
overruns his fictional too. Even though the novel Kim, with its lively portrayals of the geology and
societies of India, is by all accounts a festival of the subcontinent and its local people groups, it, in any
case, is organized as an expert radical work. As one with this feeling of good commitment to force
English government on the dull races of the world was the storing up of financial and worldwide
power for England itself, the biggest domain the world had ever observed. Along these lines, the
upkeep of the feeling of good commitment in India was a critical piece of the belief system behind the
monetary welfare of the domain. Kipling makes an extremely specific depiction of the political
condition of India that distinctly disregards the developing clash between the local Indians and
political condition severs to keep up the quality and legitimacy of the British presence in India. The
way the countries justify this practice was because they have found resources that they didn t have in
their countries: like in Africa, India, and parts of Asia. British found out that these countries had raw

Just like many keyboard designs that utilize the letter or word frequencies to layout their keys, we

Code Studio, a website offering online courses created by Code.org, is used by millions of students
[14]. It relies heavily on Blockly to teach programming concepts. Therefore, we choose it as a
reference for Blockly programs. We counted the frequency of each block that was asked to be input in
all the offered activities. However, if the activity asks the users to input less than 10 blocks we did not
include that activity in the statistics. We chose not to include such activities because they have few
blocks that do not represent a common block base program. Commonly, an activity with few blocks
just teaches how to input blocks rather than teaching programming concepts or problems solving. This
left us with 47 Blockly programs from courses 2,3, and 4. We found that the average input task

34. Thomas Paine Colonies
According to Thomas Paine in Common Sense, colonies should break away from Great Britain and
declare independence for many reasons. Before explaining his reasons, Thomas Paine was a British
Philosopher who found flaws within the British Government and how they run things with their allied
countries. Reasons for Paine believing that the colonies should break apart include equality, keeping a
relationship with other countries, and having a different form of government opposed to Britain s
government.
The reading implies that Paine is stating that the other colonies should break away from Great Britain
because of equality rights. Equality in a country is a big problem, especially in a country who has no
say in their equality. In the passage, it states, Where there are no distinctions there can be no
superiority, perfect equality affords no temptation. This quote explains what equality is and it how
with equality would cause nothing, but peace. Also, Paine states, The republics of Europe are all (and
we may say always) in peace. This quote shows an example of how with equality, the republics of
Europe can be peaceful and calm. Another reason that Paine thinks that the colonies should break
away from Great Britain because they can keep a great relationship with other countries. The reading
talks a lot about reconciliation. According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, reconciliation is the

The Walking Dead is a television show produced by AMC based off the black and white comic books
by Robert Kirkman. The show and comic book center around main character Rick Grimes as he learns
to cope with life after waking up from a deadly wound into an outbreak of virus wielding undead
creatures known as walkers. Over the course of season two and season three, the show starts to center
around how Rick is able to command the group of survivors and the challenges they face trying to
settle down in a safe area. They are confronted with another community nearby late in season three
along with the increasing number of walkers in the area. While facing these challenges, the number of
surviving members continues to dwindle; however, the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Usually, they are forgotten or killed off and labeled with the mental occupational hazard trope. This
trope proves that once a minority has served their purpose, they are no longer needed to help the group
survive any longer and the main character forgets about the minority (tvtrope.org). These are the main
ideas perpetuated in AMC s thriller television show The Walking Dead. From the very beginning, the
show portrayed minorities as nothing more than the magical negro helping to further Rick s survival in
the zombie infested world. As more characters are introduced, the majorities are of the white race with
a few exceptions; Morgan, his son, and T Dog are African American. They represent a racial
inequality constitutive [...] order while Michonne represents a progressive move toward equality
within the group (Hugey, p 544).
Literature Review Matthew Hughey wrote Cinethetic Racism: White Redemption and Black
Stereotypes in Magical Negro Films in 2009 to dicuss the trend of progressive African American
representation called the magical negro. Hughey examined 26 films to understand race relations and
how mainstream audiences interpret the films. He found that the magical negro are placed in
subservient positions and can reaffirm the status quo by changing contemporary racism rather than
showing evidence of racial progress. This literature piece is used to help describe the relationship
between the majority and minority groups within the film, and

Bank s open teller positions, staff no longer need to conduct transactions through a screen. By giving
the customer and staff direct face to face contact, more interaction can take place providing more
opportunities to cross sell. The new branch design also offers private offices, internet banking
terminals, phone banking access, self service change counting machines and at key locations 24 hour
automated coin dispensing and deposit facilities to support commercial customers.
However, a good functional and aesthetic environment is only there to help support interactions with
customers. Staff need to be motivated and knowledgeable and feel empowered to build relationships
with customers and make the most of these cross selling opportunities. As these two different sets of
expectations are fundamental, CBA have designed a training programme to equip staff with the right
skills and knowledge to carry out their new roles.
The third aspect to CBA s new
Branch Experience Program was through their open plan environment to automate cash transactions at
the teller position, to free up staff to concentrate on customers. With experience of the Glory Global

38. The Rise Of Anti Semitism
With the rise of anti Semitism and the pogroms targeting European Jews in the late 1800s, there were
many Jewish theorists and practitioners arose to find the ultimate solution for the Jewish question . In
addition, the derived tension between the personal life of a Jew and the public life amongst secular
society was the main challenge facing European Jewry. As a result of the long term process through
which Jews attempted to resolve the tension between their personal and public lives in a secular
society wrought with anti Semitism, the Zionist Movement emerged on the world scene lead by many
intellectual and respected key figures. Among them, Theodore Herzl and Ahad Ha Am were the two
most prominent Zionist leaders. They both shared the same idea of nationalism where it was time for
all European Jews to unite and be recognized as a nation. Although having a sense of national
consciousness to unite the displaced Jews, their visions were completely opposite. The Zionist Idea, a
text by Arthur Hertzberg, described their different visions in term of mass evacuation, statehood,
religion, and culture. Both Herzl and Ha Am agreed on one thing, it was time for the European Jews
unite against the European oppressors. As Herzl writes: A more serious objection would be that I am
giving aid and comfort to the anti Semites when I say we are a people one people. As the height of anti
Semitism in Europe, Herzl understood the severity of the problem for the Jews to live in Europe. In

39. Taking Command Analysis
Taking command of a new unit is a time to reflect on your own values and how you would administer
those values in the multitude of tasks that will come your way. Part of taking command includes an
analysis of the unit s current strength and weaknesses and then formulating a new path to increase
mission effectiveness. One way to portray the path you have chosen for the unit is to create a vision
statement. Once created, you must share it with your peers and subordinates. Evaluate for change.
Sometimes, your vision statement must be reiterated several times if the unit is not moving in the right
direction. My current unit, an Army battalion that is about equivalent to an Air Force squadron, has a

During the allied invasion of France in WWII, American general George Patton said I would rather
have a German division in front of me, than a French division behind me . Throughout history
comparisons have been made between Germany and France, and rightly so, these two countries are the
powerhouses of Europe, very little can be accomplished on the continent without their support. France
and Germany share not only a border but common aspects of their political systems. They are both
bicameral, constitutional republics with centralized national governments. But in recent years the
French political system has become stuck in gridlock while Germany continues to move ahead and
pass legislation. The critical difference between these two countries lies in the way they organize their
parliaments and electoral systems, as well as the use of coalition governments.
The current French political system was developed in 1958, with the creation of the fifth republic,
which was introduced by Charles de Gaulle. The purpose of the new constitution of the fifth republic
was to increase the power of the president while decreasing the power of parliament. Since the
establishment of the fifth republic France has held mostly a two party system leading to many

41. Effects Of Japanese Internment Camps
The Economics of Japanese Internment Camps The internment of Japanese Americans during the
second world war was a dark and shameful time period in American history. In regard to Japanese
internment in the United States, the economic perspective has been largely unexplored with little
research. However, with the little information available, we know of the effects of internment camp
location and the repercussions on generations of Japanese Americans, along with how Japanese
internment has impacted the United States economy and federal budget. Although the United States
first had internment camps in 1940 s, the appearance of internment camps has occurred in different
countries in the past. During World War II, concentration camps were constructed by Nazi Germany to
imprison Jews, communists, and any other threats to Nazi Germany. Conditions in the camps were
horrid, miserable, and inhumane. Prisoners were starved, overworked, beaten, and some were even
part of scientific experiments. This cruel treatment of prisoners resulted in millions of deaths
throughout Europe. However, the erection of these concentration camps also came at a monetary cost
for the German government. The German government spent over $27 billion dollars on not only the
concentration camps and war effort, but also on the reparations to families harmed during the war (
Financial, 1962). The appearance of internment camps during World War II also occurred in Canada.

There has been much, debate between supporters and opponents of the law, over the pros and cons of
the PPACA. It is undoubtedly an immense piece of legislation, which affects several portions of the
U.S. health care system. There are those who believe that PPACA will not decrease the various cost
associated with the U.S. health system, but will cause a cost increase. According to these individual,
any purported decreases to the deficit is a result of imaginative accounting on behalf of the CBO and
the Obama administration. The goal of this paper is to examine the effects the PPACA on the health
care system. The focus will be to give a brief overview of insurance premiums and Medicaid
expansion.

From the writing at home to the speeches at church, Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards are two
religious authors during the Puritan Times. A woman poet of a time against woman s independence
and a preacher of full religion devotion, Bradstreet and Edwards concept of religion were presented
similarly but not alike. Bradstreet s aspects of religious views were focused upon praising God and
loving her family and husband. Edwards perspective of his sermons were strongly influenced by
religion about praising the Lord or to suffer in hell if not. Bradstreet s poems, Upon the Burning of
Our Home and To My Dear and Loving Husband , expresses emotional tone and gratefulness towards
God. Edwards sermon, Sinners in the Hand of an Angry God , indicates the power of God and anger
he has towards the non believers. Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards have strong belief in God,

Sometimes it is the smallest decisions that can change your life forever. This quote by Keri Russell
perfectly explains the importance of choosing the right college. For many, college is a pivotal step in
their growth into an adult. Comparing colleges can often prove to be difficult and overwhelming.
Although very close in location the university of Kansas (KU) is very different than the university of
Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC). The university of Kanas is a much better school than the university
of Missouri, Kansas City because of its superior campus style, welcoming community feeling, and
large range of majors and activities. One great thing about the university of Kansas is the large campus
style. KU has a campus size of over 1,000 acres and 130 separate buildings on campus. KU is located
in the town of Lawrence, Kansas, just 40 minutes outside of Kansas City. The city of Lawrence has all
of the charms of a small town with all of the necessities of a large city. Although often considered an

place that is far from the lush, green, and welcoming campus at KU. When you ask about UMKCs

family, and UMKC doesn t have that aspect. Another important difference is the range of majors an

they are only the basics. Because UMKC isn t connected as a family, like KU, they only offer 319
