3. ABSTRACT
The presence of hazardous LPG gas leakage in a domestic, work
place, also stored gases container which exhibits ideal characteristic
in use. For that sake,an alarm unit is used to vibrate an alarm which
is buzzer. Buzzer gives an audible sign of the presence of LPG
volume. The sensors are widely used to detect essence of propane,
iso-butane, LPG and even smoke. If the LPG sensor senses gas leak
from work place or home, sensor output goes to NodeMCU used in
the project. Through the NodeMCU Turns on the Buzzer And It even
turns on the GSM modem after that, it continues to send SMS
messages to mobile number specifically mentioned in the program of
the source code for alerting danger to the people and the servo
motor closes the regulator valve
4. ABOUT DOMAIN
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology where the things are
embedded which is connected over the internet like software and
the internet enabled sensors which is collecting the data in the
cloud. The data can be retrieved when it is required
5. EXISTING SYSTEM
In the existing method, different gas sensing technology is used. The
LPG gas leakage is detected by the semiconductor sensor. Nowadays
LPG accidents occur very common. The main reason of these
accidents is due to the leakage of LPG. This leakage of LPG starts
when we forget to close the main regulator valve. This is the basis
of these kinds of accidents. Already there are some sorts of
remedial measures such as when the leakage is detected, alert
message
6. PROPOSED SYSTEM
• This process starts when the gas leakage occurs, the gas sensor senses
it and gives an output to the micro controller. The micro controller
used here is NodeMCU which converts this output into digital format
and sends it to the Application, and to the motor driver.
• The alarm to alert the neighbours in case of absence of the user at
home where as the Application displays the warning message. For the
controlling purpose, Servo motor driven by motor drivers are used
which closes the main power supply and the cylinders valve to stop
the flow of current and LPG gas.
