This thesis examines using machine learning techniques to predict corporate credit ratings based on publicly available financial data. Specifically, it uses Random Forest and Multilayer Perceptron models to predict ratings from Standard & Poor's and Moody's for 170 companies from 1990-2014. The study introduces a new performance metric called Credit Rating Divergence Measurement to compare predicted ratings to actual agency ratings. Results show the machine learning models can accurately predict ratings at the one notch level over 90% of the time, demonstrating machine learning is a viable alternative to credit rating agencies for rating companies.

While singers work hard and receive criticism, their job allows them to make people happy, meet new people, see the world, and wear both formal and informal clothing on stage.

3) Cutting out the shape and placing it on an art board without gluing.
4) Creating a collage background on the board using complimentary colors to the shape, then gluing down the shape.
