This document outlines a three-step approach for influencing change in a software organization from a monolithic architecture to microservices using Kubernetes: 1) Provide tools and cultivate a bottom-up culture with top-down support to empower developers, embracing Taoist principles of being lazy and embracing failure. 2) Evangelize the new approach through demonstrations and hackathons to keep learning quickly. 3) After adopting the new approach, continue cultivating the culture and remembering guiding principles.
