Educational Management
The term management refers to the personnel in an
organization who have the right and responsibility to make
decisions and run the enterprise efficiently with in the policies
defined in this way – “Board of Directors”, “Council” or “Board
of Governors” etc.
The function or activity of managing resources, tasks and
other persons in order to achieve the defined objectives.
Management also refers to human activities related to
planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, communicating
and controlling

Objectives of School Management
Aims and objectives of school management are the same as
determined by Govt. of Pakistan / National Education Policy –
1979.
1. To foster a deep and abiding loyalty to Islam and Pakistan.
2. To create awareness that every student is a member of
Muslim Ummah. (To spread the message of Islam)
3. To produce citizens acquainted with the ideological
foundations of Pakistan.
4. To inculcate the teachings of Quran and Sunnah.
