Matthew 10, Disciples, Apostles, wolves, Fear God, Boasting, ss, Jesus Launc...Valley Bible Fellowship
Jesus calls his twelve disciples and gives them power over unclean spirits and to heal diseases. He sends them out two by two to preach about the kingdom of heaven. Jesus warns them that they will face persecution from religious and political leaders, and even from within their own families. He tells them not to fear those who can kill the body but cannot kill the soul, but to fear God who can destroy both body and soul in hell.
The document discusses what the Bible says about Jesus' second coming. It will be a visible, glorious return where every eye will see Him. The earth will experience tremendous earthquakes and upheaval. Jesus will judge all people, resurrect believers to eternal life, and condemn non-believers. Many passages are cited encouraging believers to watch and be prepared, as the exact timing of His return is unknown but could occur at any time. False teachers claiming to know the timing or location of His return are warned against.
The document describes John's vision in Revelation 14 of 144,000 people standing with the Lamb of God in heaven who are redeemed from the earth. It provides both a positive reinforcement of the exuberant joy experienced by those who accept Christ, as well as a negative deterrent against worshipping the beast through warnings of God's coming judgment. The vision serves as a sneak peek and reminder from God of why one should remain faithful to Him through committed obedience rather than allowing the world to lead them into unfaithfulness and sin.
This passage from Revelation discusses Jesus' second coming. It states that:
1) Jesus' coming is a reality, as he promises "I am coming quickly" multiple times.
2) While the timing of his return is unknown, he instructs believers to always watch and be ready, since he will come unexpectedly like a thief in the night.
3) Believers should keep Jesus' words and commandments so that they may enter heaven when he returns.
Eliezer’s Convoy Gen 24:11
I. Constraint of the Clock- [time of evening… time that women go out…]
II. The Submission of Thought- [“…made his camels to kneel down…”]
III. The Reservoir of Regeneration- […by a well of water…]
Conclusion- Jer 2:21-23
The document discusses passages from Revelation 21 and Isaiah 65 about God creating a new heaven and new earth. It describes John's visions in Revelation of judgment, the second coming of Christ, and the millennium. Revelation 21 and 2 Peter 3 further discuss the promised new creation where righteousness dwells and God will dwell with mankind. The holy city, new Jerusalem, is coming down from heaven as a bride adorned for her husband. In the new creation, there will be no more death, mourning, crying or pain as God makes all things new.

The document provides commentary on the final chapters of the book of Revelation. It summarizes the events described in Revelation chapters 17-22, including the judgment of Babylon, the marriage feast of the Lamb, Christ's second coming, the millennium, the final judgment, and the creation of the new heaven and new earth. It then analyzes symbols and themes in Revelation 22, such as the river of life, the tree of life, God and the Lamb on the throne, and having God's name on one's forehead. The document emphasizes that Jesus identifies himself using his personal name and titles like the root of David and the bright morning star. It underscores that Jesus is coming soon and warns not to add to or take away from
The passage describes a story told by Jesus about a rich man who lived lavishly while a poor man named Lazarus suffered outside his gate. When they died, Lazarus went to heaven to be comforted by Abraham, while the rich man went to hell where he was in torment. The rich man begged Abraham to send Lazarus to bring him water to cool his tongue, but Abraham refused, pointing out that in life the rich man had his pleasures while Lazarus suffered. The rich man then asked Abraham to send Lazarus to warn his five brothers, but Abraham said they have Moses and the prophets and will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.
The document describes John's vision of the new Jerusalem described in Revelation 21. John is shown the holy city coming down out of heaven as the bride of the Lamb, adorned for her husband. The city has twelve gates inscribed with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel and twelve foundations inscribed with the names of the twelve apostles. The city and its walls are made of precious jewels and gold. There is no temple because God and the Lamb are its temple. The glory of God and the Lamb provide light and the city will never know night. Only those written in the Lamb's book of life will enter.
Bible Truths - Prophecy of Daniel and Revelation - The Final Firestorm #10 - What does the Bible teach about hell? Is there a hell? Where is it located and who is in charge of hell? Does it burn forever? We learn that people receive their just rewards "at the last day", not immediately when they die. The dead are currently in their graves.

2) The apostles Paul and others faced persecution for preaching the gospel, and Paul said all who want to live godly lives in Christ will suffer persecution.
3) Believers are told to endure persecution patiently and that it brings heavenly rewards. They should bless their persecutors and not shy away from persecution for Jesus.
The document is a sermon about Jesus telling parables about finding lost things to teach about God seeking and rejoicing over lost souls who repent. It summarizes the parables of the lost sheep, lost coin, and lost son to convey that God grieves over lost souls, rejoices greatly when they are found, and welcomes them back without judgment, showing his great love and compassion for all people.
Bible Truths - Prophecy of Daniel and Revelation - A Heavenly Model #15 - What does the Bible say about the sanctuary, a place on earth where God and man could meet? The sanctuary teaches us about the plan of salvation with its three phases of justification, sanctification, and glorification. The Day of Atonement was a day that represented the eradication of all sin.

While scholars differ on the specifics of Revelation 20, the general message is clear. Christ will return and establish His kingdom, reward His people, and judge all that is unrighteous.
David writes a psalm asking God for forgiveness after committing adultery with Bathsheba and arranging for her husband's death. He acknowledges his sin and asks God to cleanse him from iniquity, create a clean heart within him, and restore his joy. He promises that after being forgiven, he will teach others of God's ways.
THIS MESSAGE IS TAKEN FROM REVELATION 14:6-12. THIS IS THE MESSAGE THAT IS TO BE PREACHED RIGHT NOW THAT WILL RIPEN THE WORLD INTO TWO GROUPS: THE RIGHTEOUS AND THE WICKED...
1. The 1 Corinthians passage references Numbers and recounts how the Israelites grumbled against Moses and God after being delivered from Egypt.
2. Numbers tells the story of how the Israelites rejected God's plan to enter the promised land after spies reported it was inhabited by giants. They wanted to return to Egypt instead.
3. God punished the generation of Israelites who complained against him by condemning them to die in the wilderness over the next 40 years until that faithless generation had passed away, with only Joshua and Caleb entering the promised land.

The document discusses the biblical passage from Matthew 25:31-33 about the Second Coming of Christ. It provides interpretations of some key elements:
- The sheep represent those who are faithful to God and accept Jesus as their savior, while the goats represent those who reject God and Jesus.
- At the Second Coming, Jesus will separate believers (sheep) from non-believers (goats), with the sheep going to eternal life and the goats facing eternal damnation in hell.
- The passage and document encourage believers to watch for signs of Jesus' return, remain faithful to God through prayer and good works, and ensure they are among the sheep rather than the goats when Christ
Christ testifies about John the Baptist to crowds and his disciples. He asks three rhetorical questions about what people went to see John for: a reed shaken by the wind, a man in soft clothes, or a prophet. Christ says John is more than a prophet and fulfills the prophecy of preparing the way for the Lord. He says among men, no one is greater than John, but the least in God's kingdom is greater. Christ testifies that John was like Elijah to turn people to God in preparation for Christ.
The document discusses Jesus' second coming and the events that will occur. It states that Jesus will return physically in the clouds, and the righteous will resurrect first to meet him in the air and go to heaven. The earth will be desolate for 1000 years while Satan is bound. After 1000 years, the wicked will resurrect and be destroyed by fire. God will then create a new heaven and earth, with the New Jerusalem descending, and the righteous will live with God forever while the wicked face eternal fire. The document encourages choosing to follow God's commandments in order to be among the righteous.

This parable describes virgins waiting for a bridegroom. Five were wise and brought oil for their lamps, while five were foolish and did not. When the bridegroom was delayed, they all fell asleep. At midnight, a cry announced his coming - the wise virgins had oil to light their lamps and join him, but the foolish had to leave to buy more oil and missed entering with him. The lesson is to always be prepared for Christ's return by keeping one's spiritual lamp filled through the Holy Spirit. The document provides doctrinal context showing this refers to the tribulation period rather than the church age.

The document discusses the symbolic meaning and biblical references related to keys. It explains that keys represent the ability to seal, keep private, and open special things. It then cites several biblical passages where keys are mentioned. Specifically, it discusses Jesus having the "key of David" and giving Peter the "keys of the kingdom," representing their authority over the house of God and the ability to open the door of salvation to both Jews and Gentiles. It provides examples from the book of Acts of how Peter and Paul used these keys to spread the gospel. The document also discusses the concepts of "binding and loosing" or "remitting and retaining" sins based on several New Testament passages.

1) On the day of Pentecost, as prophesied, the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles with power, fulfilling Jesus' promise.
2) Peter preached to the crowd about Jesus' death and resurrection, calling them to repent and be baptized for forgiveness of sins.
3) About 3,000 people responded to the message and were added to the church that day, marking its beginning with God's power, as he had planned.
The document discusses how God speaks to His people through the Holy Spirit. It outlines that God spoke through prophets like Moses, Samuel and Isaiah in the past. Now, God speaks through His Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit guides believers and gives them gifts like wisdom, healing and prophecy. When the Holy Spirit descended at Pentecost, the disciples were able to preach boldly and perform signs. Believers can still hear God's voice today through reading the Bible, prayer, visions and the Spirit's prompting.

It provides biblical references showing parallels between Jonah spending three days in the belly of a whale and Jesus being in the heart of the earth for three days. It also references Jonah preaching to Nineveh and them repenting, as well as prophecies about the Son of Man from Psalms and Acts. The document argues this sign of Jonah was meant for the rebellious generation of Jesus' time to show that a Jew would die and be resurrected to bring revival to Gentiles. It claims Jesus was greater than both Jonah and Solomon, and that those from Nineveh and
The document discusses various aspects of the sanctuary and temple worship as described in the Bible. It describes the furnishings and articles of the sanctuary, including the altar of incense, candlestick, table of showbread, veil, ark of the covenant containing the mercy seat, and their significance. Jesus concludes his Sermon on the Mount by likening those who hear his words but do not act on them to a foolish man who builds his house on sand. In contrast, those who hear and obey are like a wise man who builds on rock. After finishing the sermon, Jesus impresses the crowds with his authoritative teaching. He then begins a second tour of Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing the sick. During this time, he raises the son of a widow from the dead in the village of Nain, demonstrating his power over death.
The sanctuary has deep relations between Christ and the desire He has for His people especially in this end time. A serious look into the importance of studying the sanctuary and the way sanctuary terminology is woven through out the scriptures.
Clearly reveals how a knowledge of the sanctuary affects your lifestyle and the food we eat. A truly enriching and Christ centred and biblical study.

The document discusses the sanctuary message and the three angels' messages from Revelation. It examines the symbolism of the seven churches and their relationship to the history of the church. A key point is that Jesus entered the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary in 1844 to begin the judgment, as foreshadowed in the earthly sanctuary services. This judgment will determine who will be saved and lost as represented by the churches of Philadelphia and the synagogue of Satan.
THIS MESSAGE SPEAKS ABOUT RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH, THE ATONEMENT, THE SABBATH, THE STATE OF THE DEAD, ETC...THIS ALL HAVE TO DO WITH PRESENT TRUTH MESSAGES WITH REGARD TO THE SANCTUARY, AND WHAT'S TAKING PLACE IN HEAVEN WITH CHRIST BEING OUR HIGH PRIEST.

1. Obedience to God results in opposition but also releases God's miracles and blessings. When the apostles obeyed God by continuing to preach, they were imprisoned but an angel freed them.
2. True strength comes from obedience to God rather than men. The apostles were willing to obey God over human authorities.
3. To be strong in obedience requires knowing Christ, having faith, and obeying God completely and immediately despite any challenges or tests of obedience.
140112 eng doors series (part 2) by ps. timothy loheaglepointcf
The document discusses God opening doors of opportunity. It describes three elements of God's open doors: they are great and effective, involve challenges, and allow leading others through. It provides Paul's open door to Macedonia as an example. Paul's door brought church plants, relationships, partnerships, and miracles despite challenges like imprisonment and riots. The document also discusses doors of hope, the gospel, and nations.
1 Peter 3:13-22: As Peter continues to encourage us through our exile, he reminds us that though we my suffer and come to harm, God wants to bless us. Of all the metaphors for believers, the one most often used in the NT is “adelphos” (siblings, brothers and sisters). After Jesus’ ascension the company who gathered in the upper room consisted of both men and women, and Peter calls all of them brethren. In Acts 15, both Jewish believers and Gentile believers are called brethren.

The document discusses Jesus Christ's relationship to believers as their brother. It notes that Christ partook of flesh and blood to become like his brothers in every way so that he could be a merciful and faithful high priest to help those who are tempted. As the Son of God, Christ calls believers his brothers and sisters and shares in their humanity so that he can bring many sons and daughters to glory. The document encourages believers that as holy brothers and sisters of Christ, they share in his heavenly calling from God.

A375 Example Taste the taste of the Lord, the taste of the Lord The taste of...franktsao4
It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375
