Dagoberto Gilb Narcissism
Do you know the story of Narcissus? He was the very handsome fellow in Greek mythology who,
because of his indifference and disdain toward others, was punished by the gods by falling in love
with his own image. He was so enraptured by his beauty that he was unable to pull himself away from
his own reflection, and he wasted away and died. Narcissism is also considered a social and cultural
problem in America. It s not surprising to see a rise in narcissism in this generation given that young
people are being bombarded by these messages and sorts of commercial all day, every day through
every form of media. It is the same with Jake who is the main character in the story Love in L.A by
Dagoberto Gilb. In the story, Jake is consumed with himself and with gaining more pleasure for
himself. He wants much more than he has, and he wants it for him to be appraised by many women
and finally fell in love with him. He clearly sees himself as a ladies man and uses every opportunity to
COLLECT them. He thinks that having all the luxurious things will make him feel like invincible, like
he is the greatest human being that god created. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Although many will argue that narcissism is just a behavior that will not pose any danger to anyone,
Gilb has a theme of narcissism, showing us that young and adult people these days are being infected
with this narcissism because of being materialistic, having unmanaged stress, and easy access on

Summarizez Paul s Speech
The speech summarizez Paul s work. The scenes of the trial are very similar to Jesus s tiral before
Pilate. The Roman province administrator also cannot find any fault to Paul through which the writer
can show, that Paul will have to follow Christ on the path of suffering and persecution.
Saul was a Christian persecutor. He captured and enclosed those adherent to Jesus, voted for death
sentences and forced the Christians to blasphemy. This image of Saul shows his conversion in even
brighter light. He saw a light »which was brighter than the sunlight« (26,13).
Paul s story about his vocation is part of his defense speech before the Roman province manager Fest
and Jewish king Agripo. It is intended to present the mission willed by God and to

Texting And Driving Cause Death Essay
The facts are astounding and horrific. According to the Association for Safe and International Travel,
nearly 1.3 million individuals are killed in road related crashes each year. This accounts for 3,287
deaths each day. Among the statistics, is the fact, that car related accidents are the leading cause of
death among young adults ages 15 through 29. It is also the second leading cause of death worldwide
among young people ages 5 through 14. Unless action is taken, car related deaths are expected to
become the fifth leading cause of death by 2030.
One of the actions I would propose is changing the age where teenagers can first get their license. In
Minnesota, for example, if you pass your road related test; you can have a license by 16. ... Show

offenders. According to Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, 1/3 of all drivers arrested or convicted of
drunk driving are repeat offenders. In Wisconsin, a man was arrested for his tenth D.W.I. Also, in
Minnesota, for example, a man was released from jail after his 27th D.W.I. Where are prosecutors?
Why isn t the law more forceful? Why can an individual get a 27th D.W.I and nothing is done before
hand? If we as a nation step up, we can prevent less drinking and driving related crashes. This rings
true especially for repeated offenders. If you have 27th D.W.I. convictions, you should never be
allowed to drive

Frozen
Frozen With a beautiful combination of catchy songs, life like animations, and an incredibly well
developed plot, this Disney animated film leaves the world frozen in amazement. Released in
December 2013, the movie Frozen speaks on being different and of love. The main character, Anna,
and her older sister, Elsa were extremely close until Elsa s wintery powers of which she was born with
almost got Anna killed. While Anna held on to that relationship, Elsa had shut herself out in fear of
hurting someone. Things got worse as their parents, the king and the queen died in a shipwreck,
leaving the sisters more alone than ever. Years later, Elsa is forced to interact with others during her
coronation, the build up of emotions and feelings ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Frozen easily fills this requirement because who hasn t ever felt alone or different? Anyone who is
different, like Elsa, would be feared, mistreated, labeled, and honestly, who s the same?Everyone is
unique and different in their own way. In society, people who are different are made fun of, excluded,
judged, etc. Watching Elsa go from fearing herself and isolating herself to accepting and loving herself
showed us who cares what others think? Who never felt shy or nervous like Anna did before the ball.
Everyone should be able to relate to at least one of the characters in this movies and therefore Frozen
would be deemed realistic. In the eyes of Franzen and Groen, the movie Frozen would be considered
quality art as it contains realistic characters, realistic scenarios as life is tragic , and realistic and
relatable in general. Aside for that, Frozen is a top rated movie that everyone, not only kids

The Importance Of British Imperialism In Britain
The British empire, as well as many others, were diminishing, during the post war era. The focus of
this essay is to answer the question debating the relevance of British imperialism on immigrants who
enter the United Kingdom during the post war period. In summary, the answer that will be provided is
that imperialism was the main contributor to pulling people towards Britain, yet it was not the only
one. On the other hand, the imperial status had no relevance on all the immigrants, and this also will
be discussed. Between the years of 1948 and 1962, it has been estimated that 500,000 immigrants
from the British Commonwealth entered the United Kingdom. This essay will concentrate on these
years and these immigrants, as 1948 saw the opening ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This was the ship that transported passengers from Commonwealth countries to Britain. The
passengers on board the Empire Windrush were predominately Jamaicans; but there were other
nationalities of Australians, Mexican, Polish, and other people from the Caribbean islands. The
docking of the Empire Windrush was a watershed moment, as Kushner explains that, on one side was
the empires end, while on the other was a revision of what British meant. The age of the empire was
when those living in Britain embarked on gaining territories for economic and prestige reasons,
spreading civilisation. However, since the end of the Second World War, colonies were demanding
independence, yet, for some who gained this independence, they still wanted some sense of British
influence. This was the beginning of the British Commonwealth. As the Phillips brothers point out,
however, prior to the Windrush arriving in Britain in 1947, there was a black population able to trace
their lineage back a few centuries. Additionally, during the Second World War, about ten thousand
West Indian men arrived in Britain, which was more than the entire pre war black population. Hence,
Britain was not new to having a black population, the problem was the numbers of this population was
increasing uncontrollably. Many of these passengers from the Commonwealth came to Britain because
of its imperial importance on their countries.
After the war, Western European countries experienced a labour shortage,

Queen Mary Stuart Of Scotland And Queen Elizabeth I Of...
In the renaissance period of history, there was a feud that came about that dominated Europe. Cousins,
Queen Mary Stuart of Scotland and Queen Elizabeth I of England, formed an unpleasant relationship
that ended with execution. The scandalous rivalry between Mary, Queen of Scots and Queen Elizabeth
I had a profound effect on the politics of their time. Queen Elizabeth I was much more regal than her
cousin, Mary Stuart of Scotland, and ruled her kingdom with poise and sophistication. When Elizabeth
came into power, she had to rebuild the ruins that her half sister, Mary I, had left of England. The job
proved to be difficult, but Elizabeth was successful and she became well known for her way of ruling
with determination (Smith). After her ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Queen Elizabeth spent great amounts to build up the weak and unprepared English navy so the
soldiers could fight (Smith). Family members heavily influenced the decisions and actions in which
either queen took as it was important to account for their family s opinion, and they used family
members to get at each other. The queens themselves were cousins as Henry VIII was their uncle, so
Mary Stuart had Tudor blood in her (Sharnette 1). After Mary came back to Scotland, there were many
conspiracies surrounding her as well as Elizabeth. Mary was convicted for being involved in the
murder of her first husband, Lord Darnley ( Was Elizabeth I Justified in Having Her Cousin Mary
Stuart, Queen of Scotland Executed? ). When Elizabeth heard of the plan for Howard to marry the
Queen of Scots she was suspicious, and summoned Howard to appear at court. Guilty and fearing the
queen s anger, Howard repeatedly claimed illness as the reason for staying away from court (Benson).
Queen Elizabeth had many valid reasons for her decision to order the execution of her cousin Mary.
Many English Catholics held Mary to be the legitimate heir to the throne of England ( Was Elizabeth I
Justified in Having Her Cousin Mary Stuart, Queen of Scotland Executed? ). Mary was accused of
murdering her second husband and was imprisoned before escaping to England, where she thought her
cousin Elizabeth would help her to gain back the Scottish throne. Instead, Elizabeth had

The Importance Of Environmental Problems In The World
Environmental problems are known to be a Wicked problem because there are so many sides one must
please, and ultimately never solve. From power, transportation, food scarcity; each one of these face
technological and government borders. The fact is it is hard to make people agree, it is truly
remarkable that the United Nations still stands and operates today when so many earlier versions of it
have failed. Still when countries are not at war together, their own country is not revolution, the topic
of the environment takes center stage. Because events like global warming are not one country s
problem, btu everyone s as humans are all connected by the same ocean. Brining in environmentally
friendly buildings, to working with municipalities, schools, and communities to become more green.
How the ever growing population leads to more problems, and above all how one teacher can make a
difference in so many student s lives. The world is forever changing, which is why humans have to
change with it, and what not better time to change when one leaves the comfort of their parents and
embark of to their first grand adventure to university.

In particular, small changes in inputs can result in large changes in the value of a company, given the
need to project cash flow to infinity. James Montier argues that, while the algebra of DCF is simple,
neat and compelling, the implementation becomes a minefield of problems . He cites, in particular,
problems with estimating cash flows and estimating discount rates. Despite the issues, DCF analysis is
very widely used and is perhaps the primary valuation tool amongst the financial analyst community.
2.2. Terminal Value
Terminal Value, in simple term, is the value of a company with an infinite row of constant future cash
flows.
To arrive at a total company value, or enterprise value, we simply have to take the present value of the
cash flows and the Terminal value, divide them by the discount rate and, finally, add up the results. If
we are discounting free cash flow of the firm at the weighted average cost of capital, this would give
the value of the firm, so it would be necessary to deduct net debt in order to arrive at the equity value.
In this report, simply use FCF in the year of 2011 to compare the value of the firm to the stock price in
the year end of 2011.
2.3. Weighted Average Cost of Capital
The Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) is the discount rate used in a Discounted Cash Flow
(DCF) analysis to present value projected free cash flows and terminal value.

Nat Turner Essay
Enslave Me Not
Throughout the colonial period and the time leading up to the American civil war, one of the most
important and controversial topics facing Americans was the idea of slavery. The notion of slavery is
an odd and incredibly horrifying concept, that one man can own another man, or two men, or an entire
family, just because of the color of their skin. No doubt the idea was racist and repulsive, but to many
Men and Women in history, across the country and across the world, slavery was just a part of
everyday life: they knew no different. So when those people who were being stripped from their

Telling the story behind the scenes of how the insertion developed, and how the slaves could think for
themselves and design the plan without the help of outside forces, an idea that many whites refused to
believe in the time following the rebellion. Though Nat was finally captured, and in turn tried, then
executed, the battle that he won was much greater than his own life.
Nat is without a doubt a freedom fighter and although his fight ended in blood, it was necessary at the
time to help to end the continuance of such a cruel and inhuman practice. Slavery in itself was much
more horrifying than every white death that ensued following the rebellion combined. Oates s
assertion that Turner s rebellion was the first war against slavery is incredibly accurate, except in one
sense, one does not need to be African American to agree with this claim. Though an African
American could view slavery as a much more personal subject, because it affected and enslaved many
of their own ancestors, one does not need to be black to understand how terrible slavery actually is.
Any single person who can assess slavery with an open mind and completely unbiased will see that
the suggestion that one person can own another person solely because of the color of one s skin is
completely inhumane, and it s absolutely no surprise that those who were being enslaved decided to
react. Nat did in fact commit a crime, he started a

Native American And European Interactions Between Native...
The interactions between Native Americans and Europeans were beneficial as well as detrimental for
both parties. From the introduction of new crops and items to the alteration in gender roles, the
clashing of two completely different cultures had a lasting impact.
When Europeans first settled in America, there were many obstacles along the way. There was a
struggle for survival and fortunately, the natives were present to help by teaching the Europeans how
to grow crops, fish, and hunt. Farming allowed for the introduction of foreign crops such as corn,
potatoes, and beans into their diets which improved their health and extended their life. The gathering
of nuts and berries also became a part of their diet. Hunting and fishing eventually became a way of
life for some Europeans and led to competition for forest resources with natives. Climate differences
caused the European clothing to experience minimal change with clothing commonly used by the
Indians being incorporated into the European style due to its practicality. Men began wearing
moccasins, leggings, and hunting shirts for comfort as well as a form of stating cultural mobility but
overall the style didn t stick. Transport was also an issue in the beginning but was soon addressed by
Indian snowshoes, canoes, and toboggans, which aided Europeans when it came to transporting
manufactured products and people as well as infiltrating further into the country. The architecture was
only slightly modified with Europeans

We are Marwaris, a conservative community of businessmen, originally from the Indian desert state of
Rajasthan. Historically, we have been migrating for better prospects since the early sixteenth century.
Consequently, we spread extensively over India; later even to Nepal and Bangladesh. A characteristic
that sets us apart from other migrating people is that we integrate with our host ethnic groups; adopt
local culture. The Kolkata Marwari speaks Bengali and enjoys his Mishti Doi, Marwaris in Mumbai,

All The President s Men By Carl Bernstein And Bob Woodward
In the movie All the President s Men, Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward, reporters from the
Washington Post, were persistent in uncovering the truth that would soon lead to the resignation of
President Richard Nixon. This wasn t an easy process, since there were a lot of fake leads to the truth,
a lot of nervous employees speak up and a lot of people involved. This was an important time in
history because President Nixon was being re elected as president for the 2nd time. News reporters
gather information about important events to inform the public of what was going on around them. In
this case, the reporters in the movie, were gathering and assembling the information to be relayed

The reporters took lots of notes and did hours of researching information. Every time they developed
some kind of a lead, it wouldn t pan out. An example from the movie was when Bernstein spoke with
Karen a former employee that worked with Howard Hunt, who admitted Mr. Hunt was doing
investigation work regarding the Kennedys at the White House Library. When Bernstein called the
library, the librarian admitted at first that he did, but then changed her story and insisted she had no
idea who Mr. Hunt was, later denying ever speaking with Mr. Bernstein. The two reporters had
numerous chances to give up. Many people didn t believe the story, it didn t make sense to them. This
included their boss but, despite that they never stopped. Using methods to obtain their information
such as personal contacts, the reporters were able to get further clues to investigate the story. An

The Main Effects Of The Reichstag Fire
Which was more important to Hitler, the Reichstag Fire or the Enabling Act?
Both the Reichstag Fire and the Enabling Act contributed to Hitler becoming Der Fuhrer . Though
would the Enabling Act have been attainable if it were not for the Reichstag fire? I doubt many of the
events that followed the fire would ve occurred if the Reichstag building was still intact. Ergo, I
believe that the fire was more important to Hitler. Throughout this essay I will look at the effects of
both events analysing supporting evidence to evaluate how they impacted Hitler. The main effects of
the Reichstag fire are the following: it created a state of emergency, it made enemies of the
Communists and increased support for the Nazis. The main effects of the Enabling act are the
following: it transformed the democracy into a dictatorship, it allowed Hitler to ban all other political
parties and enforced terror and censorship.
Either the Nazis were extremely lucky and Lubbe started the Reichstag Fire on the night of February
29th, 1933, or they staged the fire themselves. Nevertheless, the burning of the building provided
Hitler with the perfect opportunity to declare a state of emergency so he could use Article 48. (A law
under the Weimar constitution, which, in the case of an emergency, would allow him to pass any new
laws without consulting the Reichstag). Hitler used Article 48 to introduce the Reichstag Fire Decree
and the Enabling Act. The cartoon The Red Peril 1 by British cartoonist

The Murder Of Nicole Brown Simpson
People all over the world know O.J. Simpson, because he was arrested and trialed for the murder of
Nicole Brown Simpson his former wife, and Ronald Goldman the friend of his former wife. The
murder trial took place in 1994, and the verdict of the court was that, he was not guilty. There were
marital problems between O.J. Simpson and his former wife, and at some point, his wife complained
to family members and friends about their marriage. She complained of being physically abused and
frequently beaten by O.J. Simpson, though he persistently denied ever abusing her.
Due to their marital problems, she decided to file for divorce in 1992. On 12th June, 1994, disaster
struck as the bodies of Ronald Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson were found after being stabbed to
death in Los Angeles, outside her condominium. The police conducted their investigations, and the
evidence found led them to suspect O.J. Simpson as the murderer. He fled from the police, but later
surrendered voluntarily at his house, found in L.A. s Rockingham Avenue. He was taken to court and
pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder against him. His murder trial was regarded as the trial of
the century, because the jury found him not guilty of either of the murder charges.
The murder trial ended on 3rd October, 1995 (Simpson, 2014). This paper will review the homicide
investigation involving O.J. Simpson. The main elements of the process of investigation comprise of

The Quantum Relativistic Mess
Introduction String theory is one of the most active theoretical frameworks in particle physics that is
used in an attempt to successfully reconcile general relativity and quantum mechanics. This concept is
a great contender of quantum relativity mess theory, string theory and the theory of everything. In this
essay, we visit these theories and provide a general view or opinion on the future of physics. The new
form of physical theory Through out history, several changes have taken place in physics with the
governing equations and fundamental principles being developed by several scientists in a view of
understanding the way our universe works or even created. The evolution of physics from relying on
the Newtonian Model, to gravity and currently to string theory means that discoveries in particle
physics are still ongoing in an effort to reconcile general relativity and quantum mechanics. The
Quantum Relativistic Mess According to Mohamed (2009) the existing current standard model of
physics suffers a major fundamental flaw. It is in fact made up of two completely separate theories; the
theory of Quantum Mechanics and the theory of General Relativity. When applied in their various
extremities, both theories are noted by Mohamed (2009) to provide fairly accurate and sensible
predictions. The theory of General Relativity is noted to work best when applied in the prediction of
the phenomena that is associated closely with large celestial bodies while Quantum Mechanics only

Middle Childhood Reflection Paper
Children are constantly changing and developing. For middle childhood aged children their bodies
change and their sensory development skills improve. Between the ages of 6 and 8 girls are typically
taller than boys until around the age of 9 when this reverses. Both genders gain weight each year as
the grow. However, this is a general statistic that not everyone follows. I have always been short and
continued to be short throughout my pre adolescent years. During this stage pre adolescents hearing
enhances, while vision can worsen and they might need glasses. This stage in life is considered to be
the healthiest, due to the energy they possess. The gross motor skills develop more and improvements
are made in balance. Reaction time is faster and agility strengthens. The pre adolescent body is more
pliable and elastic. Going through this stage allows pre adolescents to engage in sports and athletic
activity. During this stage in my life I played several different sports. I was a cheerleader, softball
player, and soccer player. I had been playing soccer from a young age, but when I was 9 I played on a
better team and became more involved in other sports. I enjoyed playing the different sports because I
was getting better at the skills every season. I had gains in the ability to understand the roles of several
players in a game, perspective taking, and understand the value of teamwork. As an adolescent I

The movie also reflected the human behavior toward the disastrous alert realting to environmental

Strategies to improve the prevention of pressure ulcers
Judy Elliott describes a project that sought to improve tissue viability during the patient journey from
admission to discharge
Summary
This article outlines the actions taken by one acute trust to implement evidence based, best practice
recommendations for pressure ulcer prevention. Initially, an exploratory study identified specific areas
for practice development, particularly improving early risk assessment, intervention and focus on heel
ulcers. Further actions included recruiting tissue viability support workers to promote a pressure ulcer
campaign. Prevalence audit results demonstrated improved prevention and reduced prevalence of

include observable discolouration and palpable tissue changes such as localised bogginess, heat or
cold (NICE 2005). International guidelines (EPUAP/NPUAP 2009) advise a structured approach to
risk assessment using a combination of all three techniques. Ecirly intervention Once risk is identified
immediate action is imperative to minimise risk of pressure ulcer development. As evidence is weak
for specific interventions a number of areas should be addressed, involving ecirly initiation of
preventive action, improving tissue tolerance and protecting from the adverse effects of pressure,
friction and shear (Calianno 2007). Nutrition and tissue loading are two areas of nursing influence.
Strategies to ensure optimal nutrition should be used and the provision of oral nutritioneil supplements
has been associated with reduced tissue breakdown (Bourdel Marchasson et al 2000). Tissue loading
may be addressed by manual and mechcinical repositioning, mobüisation and exercise. Strategies to
minimise shear forces include addressing posture, moving and handling techniques and use of electric
profiling beds (Keogh and Dealey 2001). Positioning and repositioning Research has not established
an optimeil frequency of patient repositioning (Defloor et al 2005). Repositioning should be
undertaken on an individual basis in Une with ongoing skin evaluation,

How Has Space Exploration Changed Over The Years
Space exploration has changed drastically over the years. One of the main reasons for this is the
development of new technology. Scientists are constantly researching new topics and discussing ways
to improve spaceflight and space exploration. Not only has the design of various space crafts changed,
but the way space missions are carried out has changed. With new technology, scientists back at
NASA are able to take control of space missions to ensure the astronauts are safe.
MARS EXPLORATION:
Over the years NASA has launched multiple space crafts to Mars to gain information on the Red
Planet. Out of these voyages, only 1 out of 3 have been successful and have gotten to Mars safely. One
of the most famous explorations of Mars was back in 2004

Comparison Of The Book And The Great Gatsby
In The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, Gatsby, Myrtle, and George all suffer from the same fate
of death while attempting to pursue a better life for themselves. All of these characters originate from
humble beginnings and work on improving their societal positions. The same story is successfully
adapted into the 1974 film, of the same name, directed by Jack Clayton and starring Robert Redford as
Jay Gatsby. While preserving the integrity of the story, the film also accurately captures, both in
content and in form, the theme of Fitzgerald s story that by attempting to improve one s social class in
American society, one effectively starts the path towards his own downfall. By comparing and
contrasting the settings, the use of symbols, and the characters in the two versions of The Great
Gatsby, the shared theme will be proven. A similarity between the two versions is the setting in which
the tale of greed and the pursue of materialistic desires takes place. The film and the book both take
place primarily in New York. The story occurs across the span of the summer of 1922 in the West and
East Eggs of the Long Island sound. Summer is represented in film with shots of the sun, harshly
illuminating both the actors and the scenery. Additionally, in almost every close up shot, beads of
sweat are seen glistening on the actors foreheads. The outdoor shots of both Gatsby s and Nick s house
include vast patches of short fresh grass that is indicative of the summer. Similarly,

3M Company’s Liquidity Essay
The liquidity position of a company can be evaluated using several ratios which evaluate short term
assets and liabilities and a firm s ability to settle short term debts (Gibson, 2011). These ratios can
provide insight into a firm s ability to repay its debts in the short term (Gibson, 2011). In turn they
suggest a firm s capacity for debt satisfying capabilities into the future (Gibson, 2011). This paper will
use financial statement data as cited in Gibson (2011) from 3M Company (3M) to better understand
liquidity measures to evaluate a firm s total liquidity position. The following paper will focus on
various liquidity calculations, their meaning, and their interpretation relative to 3M. Finally, an overall
view of 3M s liquidity ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Nonetheless, an improvement in age of receivables for a single company over multiple periods
suggests a company is becoming more efficient or effective at managing its receivables (Bujaki
Durocher, 2012; Gibson, 2011).
Accounts receivable turnover is the second method by which a company s trade receivables liquidity
can be evaluated (Gibson, 2011). Žager et al. (2012) noted turnover ratios should be as high as
possible as this indicates a firm s ability to convert its assets more often. 3M s accounts receivable
turnover for years 2007 and 2008 is shown in Exhibit 2. In 2007, 3M turned its accounts receivable
over 7.12 times and 7.70 times in 2008. This calculates into a turnover of its accounts receivable every
51.28 days in 2007 and 47.38 days in 2008. The increase in accounts receivable turnover times per
year (decrease in number of days to turnover accounts receivables) from 2007 to 2008 is a positive
trend for 3M. It suggests, along with the prior calculation, the management of receivables is likely to
be improving in efficiency.
A company must pay attention to the number of days of its sales it holds in inventory to determine the
amount of time it will take to convert the inventory on hand into sales (Gibson, 2011). As shown in
Exhibit 3, 3M increased from 81.74 days of sales in inventory in 2007 to 82.20 days in 2008. At face
value, an increase suggests a slight negative trend for 3M as it is holding onto more inventory, taking
longer to sell

Don John s Tragic Flaws Essay
Anyone with access to William Shakespeare s books knows that his plays are littered with characters
withholding tragic flaws; especially in Much Ado Ado About Nothing, where these personality
dysfunctions are most relevant. Despite the downfall a character may experience withholding a tragic
flaw in this book, these traits are most significant when it comes to developing the story; which is
especially the case with Don John, a major character who s tragic flaw paves way for the entire arc of
Much Ado About Nothing. As a result, Don John s tragic thirst for revenge and mischief eventually
leads to his own slow downfall in ways that are more impactful than thought of.
For example, the most noticeable impact of this tragic flaw is how strongly ... Show more content on

He immediately asks, Will it serve for any model to build mischief on? (I.3.37)..Don John feels
incensed, the audience learns, because Claudio and Don Pedro defeated him in the war which ended
just before the time period of the play. Therefore, Don John subsequently longs to spoil the happiness
of the people who rendered him a defeated outcast in the eyes of all Messina. This need to fulfill his
cruel desires lead to an absurd amount of conflict concerning other characters, and his own eventual
exposure. For example, instead of just intending to cause mere mischief like usual this thirst grows into
intending pure malice to the people of Messina. This may prove food to / my displeasure. That young

(I.3.51 53). As a result, his imperfection of acting on envy leads Don John to design the plot which
ultimately stains Hero s honor. Seemingly, Don John s evil minded intents to cause harm and affect
others all fall from the same branch; his many tragic, continuous

Stoppards presentation of Thomasina in Arcadia
Tom Stoppard uses Thomasina as his main character in the play. Her story is being told from the past
and the whole plot of the play is leading up to her death. The play shows the journey of Thomasina
growing up, to the eve of her seventeenth birthday where she would became a woman and have been
married off to someone that her mother thought was worthy. Stoppard uses the present scenes well to
introduce additional information that Hannah, Valentine and Bernard have found out about Thomasina
s life which has not yet happened in story in the past. The way that Stoppard links the formula that
Thomansina was studying was very effective as it showed the true difference between the past and the

This highlights two of the three major themes of the play, science and sex, the third being literature.
Thomasina is at an impressionable age, she admires Septimus and feels they have a special bond, as
they have superior intelligence over the other members of the household.
Thomasina s relationship with her brother Augustus is not very strong partly because he is away at
boarding school for most of the year. Their relationship is highlighted in Scene seven when Augustus
joins his sisters drawing lesson. Both Thomasina and Septimus gang up on him and make him aware
of their superior intelligence. An example of this is when Septimus says to Augustus if you are so
determined my lord This is a private joke between Septimus and Thomasina which infuriates Augustus
and he feels left out. He then says Your peace is nothing to me sir, you do not rule over me , a
reference to the fact that he will inherit the estate on day and that Septimus is just the tutor. In this
scene, he is made to feel inferior to his sister, Thomasina, which he resents, as she is his female sister.
Women during this period were not expected to be as highly educated as men. Another example of
their relationship is that Augustus feels humiliated to be told the meaning of

The textbooks need to set out many more classroom activities and exercises. The greatest need is for
the teachers books to be in Swahili. This would be in line with most other countries where the teachers
materials are in the native language, or L1. For instance, in England teachers who teach French have
all their teachers materials in English. This is essential if they are to understand the instructions and
explanations. It is pretentious and suicidal in Tanzania to continue to give the teachers materials in
English when Swahili is the commonly understood language. 2
Another problem is the lack of differentiation between the pupils and the allocation of teachers.
There is urgent need to differentiate between the younger pupils and the older pupils; partly because of
the pupils developmental stages but also because of the allocation of teachers. Thus pre primary,
Standard I and Standard II pupils have teachers who are with them all day long and the teachers
allocated to those pupils tend to have lesser subject skills than those teachers allocated to older pupils.
The older pupils are taught English by teachers who have some subject knowledge, but who only
teach for time tabled 40 minute periods. These two categories deserve urgent, separate attention. Pre
primary, Standard I and Standard II pupils are only just beginning to gain literacy and numeracy skills

Company Overview Of Pepsico Company
Company Overview
From their innovative products to their large global involvement, PepsiCo is a company that is
constantly growing and shaping the industry. It is a leading food and beverage company that operates
as a manufacturing service as it makes it s own products and distributes them. PepsiCo s current
Chairman is Indra K. Nooyi and their headquarters are in Purchase, New York. The corporation has
around 274,000 employees and PepsiCo is regarded very highly on multiple Forbes lists and is
extremely popular around the globe. The company PepsiCo was established after the merge of both
Pepsi Cola and Frito Lay in 1965. The original beverage company, Pepsi Cola, was created in the late
nineteenth century. It is known as a mainly beverage focused company, but there are many more
brands and products associated with PepsiCo other than beverages and it has an extremely diverse
portfolio. Some of their brands are Gatorade, Doritos, Quaker, and Lay s. PepsiCo is regarded as
having monopolistic competition despite Pepsi and Coke indefinitely controlling the beverage
industry, making it extremely difficult for others to join the industry. These two companies have large
tension between each other and product differentiation is a large part of their respective competitive
strategies. Although their products are not much different from each other, they are perceived to differ
from each other in order to persuade consumers to lean towards either company.

  • 2. Dagoberto Gilb Narcissism Do you know the story of Narcissus? He was the very handsome fellow in Greek mythology who, because of his indifference and disdain toward others, was punished by the gods by falling in love with his own image. He was so enraptured by his beauty that he was unable to pull himself away from his own reflection, and he wasted away and died. Narcissism is also considered a social and cultural problem in America. It s not surprising to see a rise in narcissism in this generation given that young people are being bombarded by these messages and sorts of commercial all day, every day through every form of media. It is the same with Jake who is the main character in the story Love in L.A by Dagoberto Gilb. In the story, Jake is consumed with himself and with gaining more pleasure for himself. He wants much more than he has, and he wants it for him to be appraised by many women and finally fell in love with him. He clearly sees himself as a ladies man and uses every opportunity to COLLECT them. He thinks that having all the luxurious things will make him feel like invincible, like he is the greatest human being that god created. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The Roman province administrator also cannot find any fault to Paul through which the writer can show, that Paul will have to follow Christ on the path of suffering and persecution. Saul was a Christian persecutor. He captured and enclosed those adherent to Jesus, voted for death sentences and forced the Christians to blasphemy. This image of Saul shows his conversion in even brighter light. He saw a light »which was brighter than the sunlight« (26,13). • 4. Texting And Driving Cause Death Essay The facts are astounding and horrific. According to the Association for Safe and International Travel, nearly 1.3 million individuals are killed in road related crashes each year. This accounts for 3,287 deaths each day. Among the statistics, is the fact, that car related accidents are the leading cause of death among young adults ages 15 through 29. It is also the second leading cause of death worldwide among young people ages 5 through 14. Unless action is taken, car related deaths are expected to become the fifth leading cause of death by 2030. One of the actions I would propose is changing the age where teenagers can first get their license. In Minnesota, for example, if you pass your road related test; you can have a license by 16. ... Why can an individual get a 27th D.W.I and nothing is done before hand? If we as a nation step up, we can prevent less drinking and driving related crashes. • 5. Frozen Frozen With a beautiful combination of catchy songs, life like animations, and an incredibly well developed plot, this Disney animated film leaves the world frozen in amazement. Released in December 2013, the movie Frozen speaks on being different and of love. The main character, Anna, and her older sister, Elsa were extremely close until Elsa s wintery powers of which she was born with almost got Anna killed. While Anna held on to that relationship, Elsa had shut herself out in fear of hurting someone. Things got worse as their parents, the king and the queen died in a shipwreck, leaving the sisters more alone than ever. Years later, Elsa is forced to interact with others during her coronation, the build up of emotions and feelings ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Anyone who is different, like Elsa, would be feared, mistreated, labeled, and honestly, who s the same?Everyone is unique and different in their own way. In society, people who are different are made fun of, excluded, judged, etc. Watching Elsa go from fearing herself and isolating herself to accepting and loving herself showed us who cares what others think? Who never felt shy or nervous like Anna did before the ball. Everyone should be able to relate to at least one of the characters in this movies and therefore Frozen would be deemed realistic. In the eyes of Franzen and Groen, the movie Frozen would be considered quality art as it contains realistic characters, realistic scenarios as life is tragic , and realistic and relatable in general. • 6. The Importance Of British Imperialism In Britain The British empire, as well as many others, were diminishing, during the post war era. The focus of this essay is to answer the question debating the relevance of British imperialism on immigrants who enter the United Kingdom during the post war period. In summary, the answer that will be provided is that imperialism was the main contributor to pulling people towards Britain, yet it was not the only one. On the other hand, the imperial status had no relevance on all the immigrants, and this also will be discussed. Between the years of 1948 and 1962, it has been estimated that 500,000 immigrants from the British Commonwealth entered the United Kingdom. This essay will concentrate on these years and these immigrants, as 1948 saw the opening ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This was the ship that transported passengers from Commonwealth countries to Britain. The passengers on board the Empire Windrush were predominately Jamaicans; but there were other nationalities of Australians, Mexican, Polish, and other people from the Caribbean islands. The docking of the Empire Windrush was a watershed moment, as Kushner explains that, on one side was the empires end, while on the other was a revision of what British meant. The age of the empire was when those living in Britain embarked on gaining territories for economic and prestige reasons, spreading civilisation. However, since the end of the Second World War, colonies were demanding independence, yet, for some who gained this independence, they still wanted some sense of British influence. This was the beginning of the British Commonwealth. As the Phillips brothers point out, however, prior to the Windrush arriving in Britain in 1947, there was a black population able to trace their lineage back a few centuries. Additionally, during the Second World War, about ten thousand West Indian men arrived in Britain, which was more than the entire pre war black population. Hence, Britain was not new to having a black population, the problem was the numbers of this population was increasing uncontrollably. Many of these passengers from the Commonwealth came to Britain because of its imperial importance on their countries. After the war, Western European countries experienced a labour shortage, ... Cousins, Queen Mary Stuart of Scotland and Queen Elizabeth I of England, formed an unpleasant relationship that ended with execution. The scandalous rivalry between Mary, Queen of Scots and Queen Elizabeth I had a profound effect on the politics of their time. Queen Elizabeth I was much more regal than her cousin, Mary Stuart of Scotland, and ruled her kingdom with poise and sophistication. When Elizabeth came into power, she had to rebuild the ruins that her half sister, Mary I, had left of England. The job proved to be difficult, but Elizabeth was successful and she became well known for her way of ruling with determination (Smith). After her ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Queen Elizabeth spent great amounts to build up the weak and unprepared English navy so the soldiers could fight (Smith). Family members heavily influenced the decisions and actions in which either queen took as it was important to account for their family s opinion, and they used family members to get at each other. The queens themselves were cousins as Henry VIII was their uncle, so Mary Stuart had Tudor blood in her (Sharnette 1). After Mary came back to Scotland, there were many conspiracies surrounding her as well as Elizabeth. Mary was convicted for being involved in the murder of her first husband, Lord Darnley ( Was Elizabeth I Justified in Having Her Cousin Mary Stuart, Queen of Scotland Executed? ). When Elizabeth heard of the plan for Howard to marry the Queen of Scots she was suspicious, and summoned Howard to appear at court. Guilty and fearing the queen s anger, Howard repeatedly claimed illness as the reason for staying away from court (Benson). Queen Elizabeth had many valid reasons for her decision to order the execution of her cousin Mary. Many English Catholics held Mary to be the legitimate heir to the throne of England ( Was Elizabeth I Justified in Having Her Cousin Mary Stuart, Queen of Scotland Executed? ). Mary was accused of murdering her second husband and was imprisoned before escaping to England, where she thought her cousin Elizabeth would help her to gain back the Scottish throne. In particular, small changes in inputs can result in large changes in the value of a company, given the need to project cash flow to infinity. James Montier argues that, while the algebra of DCF is simple, neat and compelling, the implementation becomes a minefield of problems . He cites, in particular, problems with estimating cash flows and estimating discount rates. Despite the issues, DCF analysis is very widely used and is perhaps the primary valuation tool amongst the financial analyst community. 2.2. Terminal Value Terminal Value, in simple term, is the value of a company with an infinite row of constant future cash flows. To arrive at a total company value, or enterprise value, we simply have to take the present value of the cash flows and the Terminal value, divide them by the discount rate and, finally, add up the results. If we are discounting free cash flow of the firm at the weighted average cost of capital, this would give the value of the firm, so it would be necessary to deduct net debt in order to arrive at the equity value. In this report, simply use FCF in the year of 2011 to compare the value of the firm to the stock price in the year end of 2011. 2.3. Weighted Average Cost of Capital The Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) is the discount rate used in a Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis to present value projected free cash flows and terminal value.

  • 12. Nat Turner Essay Enslave Me Not Throughout the colonial period and the time leading up to the American civil war, one of the most important and controversial topics facing Americans was the idea of slavery. The notion of slavery is an odd and incredibly horrifying concept, that one man can own another man, or two men, or an entire family, just because of the color of their skin. No doubt the idea was racist and repulsive, but to many Men and Women in history, across the country and across the world, slavery was just a part of everyday life: they knew no different. So when those people who were being stripped from their homeland and brought over on ships to be sold at auction to the highest white bidder, began to question the sacredness of this terrible ... Nat is without a doubt a freedom fighter and although his fight ended in blood, it was necessary at the time to help to end the continuance of such a cruel and inhuman practice. Slavery in itself was much more horrifying than every white death that ensued following the rebellion combined. Oates s assertion that Turner s rebellion was the first war against slavery is incredibly accurate, except in one sense, one does not need to be African American to agree with this claim. Though an African American could view slavery as a much more personal subject, because it affected and enslaved many of their own ancestors, one does not need to be black to understand how terrible slavery actually is. Any single person who can assess slavery with an open mind and completely unbiased will see that the suggestion that one person can own another person solely because of the color of one s skin is completely inhumane, and it s absolutely no surprise that those who were being enslaved decided to react. • 13. Native American And European Interactions Between Native... The interactions between Native Americans and Europeans were beneficial as well as detrimental for both parties. From the introduction of new crops and items to the alteration in gender roles, the clashing of two completely different cultures had a lasting impact. When Europeans first settled in America, there were many obstacles along the way. There was a struggle for survival and fortunately, the natives were present to help by teaching the Europeans how to grow crops, fish, and hunt. Farming allowed for the introduction of foreign crops such as corn, potatoes, and beans into their diets which improved their health and extended their life. The gathering of nuts and berries also became a part of their diet. Hunting and fishing eventually became a way of life for some Europeans and led to competition for forest resources with natives. Climate differences caused the European clothing to experience minimal change with clothing commonly used by the Indians being incorporated into the European style due to its practicality. Men began wearing moccasins, leggings, and hunting shirts for comfort as well as a form of stating cultural mobility but overall the style didn t stick. Transport was also an issue in the beginning but was soon addressed by Indian snowshoes, canoes, and toboggans, which aided Europeans when it came to transporting manufactured products and people as well as infiltrating further into the country. Both the Reichstag Fire and the Enabling Act contributed to Hitler becoming Der Fuhrer . Though would the Enabling Act have been attainable if it were not for the Reichstag fire? I doubt many of the events that followed the fire would ve occurred if the Reichstag building was still intact. Ergo, I believe that the fire was more important to Hitler. Throughout this essay I will look at the effects of both events analysing supporting evidence to evaluate how they impacted Hitler. The main effects of the Reichstag fire are the following: it created a state of emergency, it made enemies of the Communists and increased support for the Nazis. The main effects of the Enabling act are the following: it transformed the democracy into a dictatorship, it allowed Hitler to ban all other political parties and enforced terror and censorship. Either the Nazis were extremely lucky and Lubbe started the Reichstag Fire on the night of February 29th, 1933, or they staged the fire themselves. Nevertheless, the burning of the building provided Hitler with the perfect opportunity to declare a state of emergency so he could use Article 48. Simpson, because he was arrested and trialed for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson his former wife, and Ronald Goldman the friend of his former wife. The murder trial took place in 1994, and the verdict of the court was that, he was not guilty. There were marital problems between O.J. Simpson and his former wife, and at some point, his wife complained to family members and friends about their marriage. She complained of being physically abused and frequently beaten by O.J. Simpson, though he persistently denied ever abusing her. Due to their marital problems, she decided to file for divorce in 1992. On 12th June, 1994, disaster struck as the bodies of Ronald Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson were found after being stabbed to death in Los Angeles, outside her condominium. The police conducted their investigations, and the evidence found led them to suspect O.J. Simpson as the murderer. He fled from the police, but later surrendered voluntarily at his house, found in L.A. s Rockingham Avenue. He was taken to court and pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder against him. His murder trial was regarded as the trial of the century, because the jury found him not guilty of either of the murder charges. The murder trial ended on 3rd October, 1995 (Simpson, 2014). This paper will review the homicide investigation involving O.J. Simpson. The main elements of the process of investigation comprise of recognition, collection, evaluation and ... • 21. The Quantum Relativistic Mess Introduction String theory is one of the most active theoretical frameworks in particle physics that is used in an attempt to successfully reconcile general relativity and quantum mechanics. This concept is a great contender of quantum relativity mess theory, string theory and the theory of everything. In this essay, we visit these theories and provide a general view or opinion on the future of physics. The new form of physical theory Through out history, several changes have taken place in physics with the governing equations and fundamental principles being developed by several scientists in a view of understanding the way our universe works or even created. The evolution of physics from relying on the Newtonian Model, to gravity and currently to string theory means that discoveries in particle physics are still ongoing in an effort to reconcile general relativity and quantum mechanics. The Quantum Relativistic Mess According to Mohamed (2009) the existing current standard model of physics suffers a major fundamental flaw. It is in fact made up of two completely separate theories; the theory of Quantum Mechanics and the theory of General Relativity. When applied in their various extremities, both theories are noted by Mohamed (2009) to provide fairly accurate and sensible predictions. The theory of General Relativity is noted to work best when applied in the prediction of the phenomena that is associated closely with large celestial bodies while Quantum Mechanics only ... • 22. Middle Childhood Reflection Paper Children are constantly changing and developing. For middle childhood aged children their bodies change and their sensory development skills improve. Between the ages of 6 and 8 girls are typically taller than boys until around the age of 9 when this reverses. Both genders gain weight each year as the grow. However, this is a general statistic that not everyone follows. I have always been short and continued to be short throughout my pre adolescent years. During this stage pre adolescents hearing enhances, while vision can worsen and they might need glasses. This stage in life is considered to be the healthiest, due to the energy they possess. The gross motor skills develop more and improvements are made in balance. Reaction time is faster and agility strengthens. The pre adolescent body is more pliable and elastic. Going through this stage allows pre adolescents to engage in sports and athletic activity. During this stage in my life I played several different sports. I was a cheerleader, softball player, and soccer player. I had been playing soccer from a young age, but when I was 9 I played on a better team and became more involved in other sports. I enjoyed playing the different sports because I was getting better at the skills every season. I had gains in the ability to understand the roles of several players in a game, perspective taking, and understand the value of teamwork. As an adolescent I started going through puberty as an early maturing girl. My puberty ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Essay on Pressure Ulcers Feature Strategies to improve the prevention of pressure ulcers Judy Elliott describes a project that sought to improve tissue viability during the patient journey from admission to discharge Summary This article outlines the actions taken by one acute trust to implement evidence based, best practice recommendations for pressure ulcer prevention. Initially, an exploratory study identified specific areas for practice development, particularly improving early risk assessment, intervention and focus on heel ulcers. Further actions included recruiting tissue viability support workers to promote a pressure ulcer campaign. International guidelines (EPUAP/NPUAP 2009) advise a structured approach to risk assessment using a combination of all three techniques. Ecirly intervention Once risk is identified immediate action is imperative to minimise risk of pressure ulcer development. As evidence is weak for specific interventions a number of areas should be addressed, involving ecirly initiation of preventive action, improving tissue tolerance and protecting from the adverse effects of pressure, friction and shear (Calianno 2007). Nutrition and tissue loading are two areas of nursing influence. Strategies to ensure optimal nutrition should be used and the provision of oral nutritioneil supplements has been associated with reduced tissue breakdown (Bourdel Marchasson et al 2000). Tissue loading may be addressed by manual and mechcinical repositioning, mobüisation and exercise. Strategies to minimise shear forces include addressing posture, moving and handling techniques and use of electric profiling beds (Keogh and Dealey 2001). • 26. Comparison Of The Book And The Great Gatsby In The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, Gatsby, Myrtle, and George all suffer from the same fate of death while attempting to pursue a better life for themselves. All of these characters originate from humble beginnings and work on improving their societal positions. The same story is successfully adapted into the 1974 film, of the same name, directed by Jack Clayton and starring Robert Redford as Jay Gatsby. While preserving the integrity of the story, the film also accurately captures, both in content and in form, the theme of Fitzgerald s story that by attempting to improve one s social class in American society, one effectively starts the path towards his own downfall. By comparing and contrasting the settings, the use of symbols, and the characters in the two versions of The Great Gatsby, the shared theme will be proven. A similarity between the two versions is the setting in which the tale of greed and the pursue of materialistic desires takes place. The film and the book both take place primarily in New York. The story occurs across the span of the summer of 1922 in the West and East Eggs of the Long Island sound. Summer is represented in film with shots of the sun, harshly illuminating both the actors and the scenery. Additionally, in almost every close up shot, beads of sweat are seen glistening on the actors foreheads. The outdoor shots of both Gatsby s and Nick s house include vast patches of short fresh grass that is indicative of the summer. Similarly, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 27. 3M Company’s Liquidity Essay The liquidity position of a company can be evaluated using several ratios which evaluate short term assets and liabilities and a firm s ability to settle short term debts (Gibson, 2011). These ratios can provide insight into a firm s ability to repay its debts in the short term (Gibson, 2011). In turn they suggest a firm s capacity for debt satisfying capabilities into the future (Gibson, 2011). This paper will use financial statement data as cited in Gibson (2011) from 3M Company (3M) to better understand liquidity measures to evaluate a firm s total liquidity position. Nonetheless, an improvement in age of receivables for a single company over multiple periods suggests a company is becoming more efficient or effective at managing its receivables (Bujaki Durocher, 2012; Gibson, 2011). Accounts receivable turnover is the second method by which a company s trade receivables liquidity can be evaluated (Gibson, 2011). Žager et al. (2012) noted turnover ratios should be as high as possible as this indicates a firm s ability to convert its assets more often. 3M s accounts receivable turnover for years 2007 and 2008 is shown in Exhibit 2. In 2007, 3M turned its accounts receivable over 7.12 times and 7.70 times in 2008. This calculates into a turnover of its accounts receivable every 51.28 days in 2007 and 47.38 days in 2008. The increase in accounts receivable turnover times per year (decrease in number of days to turnover accounts receivables) from 2007 to 2008 is a positive trend for 3M. It suggests, along with the prior calculation, the management of receivables is likely to be improving in efficiency. A company must pay attention to the number of days of its sales it holds in inventory to determine the amount of time it will take to convert the inventory on hand into sales (Gibson, 2011). As shown in Exhibit 3, 3M increased from 81.74 days of sales in inventory in 2007 to 82.20 days in 2008. At face value, an increase suggests a slight negative trend for 3M as it is holding onto more inventory, taking longer to sell ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Don John s Tragic Flaws Essay Anyone with access to William Shakespeare s books knows that his plays are littered with characters withholding tragic flaws; especially in Much Ado Ado About Nothing, where these personality dysfunctions are most relevant. Despite the downfall a character may experience withholding a tragic flaw in this book, these traits are most significant when it comes to developing the story; which is especially the case with Don John, a major character who s tragic flaw paves way for the entire arc of Much Ado About Nothing. Her story is being told from the past and the whole plot of the play is leading up to her death. The play shows the journey of Thomasina growing up, to the eve of her seventeenth birthday where she would became a woman and have been married off to someone that her mother thought was worthy. Stoppard uses the present scenes well to introduce additional information that Hannah, Valentine and Bernard have found out about Thomasina s life which has not yet happened in story in the past. This highlights two of the three major themes of the play, science and sex, the third being literature. Thomasina is at an impressionable age, she admires Septimus and feels they have a special bond, as they have superior intelligence over the other members of the household. Thomasina s relationship with her brother Augustus is not very strong partly because he is away at boarding school for most of the year. Their relationship is highlighted in Scene seven when Augustus joins his sisters drawing lesson. Both Thomasina and Septimus gang up on him and make him aware of their superior intelligence. An example of this is when Septimus says to Augustus if you are so determined my lord This is a private joke between Septimus and Thomasina which infuriates Augustus and he feels left out. He then says Your peace is nothing to me sir, you do not rule over me , a reference to the fact that he will inherit the estate on day and that Septimus is just the tutor. This would be in line with most other countries where the teachers materials are in the native language, or L1. It is pretentious and suicidal in Tanzania to continue to give the teachers materials in English when Swahili is the commonly understood language. 2 Another problem is the lack of differentiation between the pupils and the allocation of teachers. There is urgent need to differentiate between the younger pupils and the older pupils; partly because of the pupils developmental stages but also because of the allocation of teachers. Thus pre primary, Standard I and Standard II pupils have teachers who are with them all day long and the teachers allocated to those pupils tend to have lesser subject skills than those teachers allocated to older pupils.
