This document outlines a dot-voting exercise to identify pain points across various project management processes and the seven wastes of lean methodology. Attendees were asked to vote on challenges within the scope, time, cost, quality, communication, HR, risk, integration, stakeholder, and procurement management processes as well as the project phases of initiate, plan, execute, control and monitor, and close. They could also provide free-form comments on sticky notes. The seven wastes of partially done work, extra features, relearning, handoffs, delays, task switching, and defects were listed for reference.
