1. Michael J Saylor was the Chairman of MicroStrategy had committed fraud in reporting profits
when the company was actually losing money. Mr. Saylor settled the civil charges that were filed

shareholders is a lot of money to be paid. I do not agree with this price. Since he was the

I do not agree with this sentence. I think Houvan should have served time for this crime because
35,000 is a lot of money also Houman forged signatures to get the money. So, I think Houvan
