This document discusses opportunities for collaboration using TAFE Qld iConnect, a web conferencing tool, in 2011. It notes that while there are over 6,000 TAFE staff in Queensland, less than 1% have received training on using iConnect and less than 300 computers have accessed an iConnect session. iConnect is the Department’s web conference platform that
uses Elluminate software. This web conferencing tool
provides enhanced online collaboration possibilities and
opportunities to explore and develop learning and
assessment options for use with your students, industry
networks, clients and colleagues.
