Direct report to CEO and board members. Management structure and internal IT consultants. IT department is organized in four areas: IT Security, IT Support Stores / HQ / LOGISTIC (Support) , IT infrastructure ( system, network , mobile, VoIP) , IT Software R & D My team is composed by 15 people divided by area . I follow all processes and IT support for store openings and audit . On December 1, 2014 we've 422stores in Italy .
