Overcoming The Next
Generation IED Threat DEC
SMi presents its 2015 masterclass on
About the Masterclass:
For citizens, military forces, police units, defence
companies and intelligence organisations alike
the use of IED’s remains a global and persistent
threat. Yet forces are downsizing, economically
challenged and the loss of experienced
personnel ensures that the organisations
knowledge base, built up over decades of
operations, can rapidly be lost. If you are
interested in understanding C-IED, attack the
network and their associated technology then
this unique and informative masterclass will allow
you to understand how the IED threat is
developing, the lessons identified for training and
operations and the use of technology. Our
expert leaders will describe the existing and
forthcoming requirements to ensure a continued
and improved C-IED capability.
Why you should attend:
• Learn how the threat is developing
and which countering strategies
have been effective.
• Understand the role of technology
in countering IED’s and what
technology is required in the future.
• Meet and network with influential
officers working in the C-IED realm.
• Hear what future structures and
force generation is required.
• Advance your future business and
improve global awareness of your
company and its C-IED products.
