Use natural resources is the mantra in this
global economic down fall.
Increasing demands of patients for predicable
results with maximum pocket affordability put
dentist in dilemma of choosing a perfect
treatment plan for a patient fulfilling all the
demands .

2. Pre-operative pictures with
relevant explanation
• Patent had long standing
mandibular posterior region
edentulism and visited the clinic
for extraction of upper & lower
anterior teeth .
• On examination there was
considerable resorption of
posterior mandibular ridge
probably making it compromised

condition of the patient . to be used as natural
implants .

endodonticaly
treated teeth and
ceka preciline
(Belgium) system
lower ball retained
overdenture & upper
conventional denture

6. Conclusion
• Advance technology of the precision
attachments can be used as a predictable
solution to stabilize the mandibular complete
dentures using the natural teeth as abutments .
Using the proper technique, good lab
communication ball retained complete dentures
are delivered which simulated implant retained
ball over dentures
• Preci clix from ceka can be used very
predictably for delivering patient stable
prosthesis with affordable cost.
