A patient reported to the clinic with discolored fillings and a gummy smile. Their treatment plan involved root canals, crown lengthening, and all-ceramic crowns to correct the issues and improve their smile esthetics. All-ceramic restorations were chosen as they are highly esthetic and durable while requiring minimally invasive preparation. The treatment was successful in providing the patient with a beautiful new smile.

2. CASE REPORT:
• Patient reported to the clinic with the chief complaint of
discolored fillings in upper front teeth and gummy
smile and want to get it corrected.
Clinical findings:
• Bulky, discolored composite restorations and
secondary caries with 11,12,13,21,22
• Mottled enamel with 11,12,13,21,22,23 in cervical
areas.

3. Stepwise treatment:
 Pulp test was carried out for 11,12,13,21&22 and
found that those were non-vital.
 RCT performed with 11,12,13,21,22 and Composite
core build-up ( Bisco - light core ) done.

4.  Crown lengthening procedure performed from 13 to 23
region for correction of gummy smile.
 Crown preparation done with 11,12,13,21, 22 for
crown & 23 for veneer and temporary crowns given on
same day.

5. IPS e.max press crowns were delivered using
Variolink-N cement.( shade-A2 )

6. Conclusion :
• For achieving perfect esthetics, perfect balance of
white & pink ,case selection, case evaluation, patient’s
realistic expectations, clinicians & technicians skills
