This document summarizes exchange performance and goals for AIESEC Estonia from June 2008 to January 2009. It finds that exchange realizations were below goals, with absolute growth of -20% and -6% for the periods analyzed. The document identifies bottlenecks preventing higher exchange rates like improving intern matching, recruitment, and follow-up. It provides an analysis of exchange performance by type and city, finding most were realized through member exchanges but goals should be diversified across more pools. Quarterly and monthly exchange goals for the remainder of 2009 are outlined.
