Vehicle with out a Driving License or Fake Driving License
• As IXS Traffic Management is fully integrated with Driving License so a
mandatory violation will be made automatically for such drivers who are
either has no Driving License or having a fake license in addition to the
violation/s for which he/she was stopped at first
• Integration with Excise would result in confirmation of Vehicle
Ownerships and could help reduce the population of vehicles operating
on OPEN LETTERS
• Integration with CPLC/ACLC could help Police in catching stolen vehicles
• Integration with CRO could help in catching criminals
16. HOW IT WORKS
• Development using latest version of Google operating system for traffic violation recording
Can be installed specialized Hand sets
• Application can capture images and upload to the secured web server immediately or
manually if internet connection is not available
• Application will have an intuitive user interface that will capture required information for
recording of traffic violation
• Attached Blue-tooth printer can print the receipt immediately for instant payment. If payment is
received, traffic officer will update the record with payment collection information. If not
collected at the site, then it will follow the back office procedure to collect the fee
• The secured portal will allow authorized users to verify traffic violation data, fees (collected /
due) regularly using appropriate authentication
• Portal will also generate customized MIS reports – daily / weekly / monthly / yearly as
requested by user department during implementation
• Authorized user can view / search the data related to their jurisdiction
• Portal administrator can manage all user access rights across the departments
• This is a Green Initiative wherein it substantially reduces the use of paper
• Complaint Management System will help Traffic Police for building soft image of Police
