•It’s near the Fifth Avenue and the Museum Mile.
•It is the most visited urban park in the United
States.
• It receives approximately thirty-five million
visitors annually.
•It has it’s own Police Department.

•It cost 10 millions dollars.
•It was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.
•It is inspired in the Bois de Boulogne, in Paris;
and in the Hyde Park in London.
• Before building, the terrain was very irregular.

5. •You can celebrate your wedding in the park.
•You can take a Horse - Drawn Carriage.
•You can visit a zoo, the “Central Park Zoo”.
•During the warmer months, there are all kinds of
concerts.
•You can also have a picnic.
•In cooler months, you can practise ice skating.
•There are many raised areas where you can play
whatever you want.
