2. Heather Locklear- The actress, best known for her roles in “D y nasty ” and “M e lrose Place ” was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Criminal charges were filed against her in November 2008 when it was determined that prescription drugs had definitely impaired her ability to safely operate a vehicle.

3. Danielle Fishel - Fishel was arrested in late December 2007 for suspicion of DUI. The actress once played “T o panga ” in the popular ABC sitcom “B o y Meets World, ” from 1993-2000.

4. Mindy McCready- McCready, a country singer, was arrested in 2005 for a DUI. Police officers said she was pulled over for speeding and then refused to take a breath test. In July 2006, a jury found her not guilty of the charge, but she was found guilty of driving on a suspended license.

5. Nicole Richie- Daughter of legendary singer Lionel Richie, Nicole was arrested in 2006 when she was spotted driving the wrong way down a freeway in Burbank, CA. While she was not found to be under the influence of alcohol, Richie admitted to taking Vicodin and smoking pot. She spent 82 minutes in jail.

6. Mischa Barton- In December 2007, this ex TV starlet was arrested for a DUI. Police later said she was also charged with marijuana possession. Barton had formerly starred on “T h e O.C. ”

7. Vivica A. Fox- Arrested for DUI in March 2007, Fox was initially pulled over for going 80 mph in a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. According to the CHP report, Fox accused one of the police officers of being a “r a cist white cop. ” Fox is widely known for her participation in reality TV hit, “D a ncing With the Stars. ”

8. Lindsay Lohan- Spending just 2 more minutes in jail than Nicole Richie, Lohan spent 84 minutes in jail when she was busted for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license in June 2007.

9. Paris Hilton- Pulled over for driving her Mercedes “e r ratically ” in Hollywood, this heiress was booked on suspicion of DUI in September 2006. A judge sentenced her to 3 years of probation, mandatory attendance at an alcohol education program, and fines of $1,500.

10. Michelle Rodriguez- This “L o st ” star was arrested for DUI in December 2005. Because the arrest was a violation of her existing probation, Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days in jail, a 30-day alcohol rehabilitation program and another 30 days of community service in May 2006. Rodriguez served little time due to jail overcrowding.

11. Khloe Kardashian- This “K e eping Up With the Kardashians ” star was arrested for DUI in March 2007. Since then she has married Lamar Odom (forward for the Los Angeles Lakers) and posed nude in for PETA’s “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur ” campaign.
