I began training as an EMT in 1993 at the Community College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. My love for helping people and my "can do" personality were a perfect fit for what has become an amazing 20+-year career in EMS.
I completed training as a paramedic in 1995 and worked in the Clark County (Las Vegas) EMS system as a Paramedic, Field Training Officer and Preceptor for 9 years.
In 2004 I transferred from Las Vegas to Southern California where I was challenged in the role of Training Coordinator and Clinical Education Specialist with American Medical Response in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, and as Operations Supervisor in San Diego.
