To over come all the above situations
and problems women must and

stand by herself , fight for her right and
counter back the society , government
and the world

empowerment
The year 2001 was declared as the national
policy for empowerment of women in our
country
It was said that “Our Vision In The New

implemented lets have a check
Are women treated fairly and
equally ?? Are they empowered
enough by the society???
11. Women’s contribution
In assembly women have never
represented more than 10% and in
other sectors not more than 40%
Such is the case when it comes to
gender… in this male dominated
society in our country.
12. How these issues to be
tackled?
To initiate measurable actions at ground
level such as
Education of women
Female literacy programs

Society plays a major role.
The problem in India is that society never
worked on the premise of gender
equality from a long time.
13. We can have the real change only
when social attitudes and norms
change.
Attitude of society towards women
should change.
A moment has to be build which
awakens the individual self in each

generative action.
This shall help us sow the seed for
real empowerment in India.
14. Without empowerment there is no rapid
progress in the nation
women have to realize their basic problem
first…empowerment of women helps in raising
the standards of family that way all the
members of the family get better standards
and progress of the nation
Today women is the root of
nation..
15. Conclusion:-
“That country and that nation which
doesn’t respect women will never
become great now nor will ever in
future”

their much deserved status
A lot is still to be done miles to go……
