Accountabilities:
Payroll Administration:
Handling Payroll for over 600 on rolls employees and 300 Off Roll employees on monthly basis and
updating all HR Payroll activities, and ensuring that the all uploads and salary processing is
completed.
• Collecting the employees’ attendance details from different locations and validating the data.
• Responsible for updating the new joiners/resigned employee details in VP.
• Maintaining the employee master data, salary details and attendance details for payroll
process.
• Cross verification of availed leaves vs available leave balance for salary process.
• HR activities updated include Master, Salary, termination, LOP, PF number, Bank account
numbers upload, CUG Deductions, Salary advance, Subsidiary lunch deduction, etc.
• Sending pay slips to employees after meticulous checking of random pay slips.
• Resolving employee queries through mail, service connect calls and Face to Face.
Data Maintenance in Visual Planning (VP):
• Responsible for updating the new joiners/resigned employee details in VP.
• Updating employees Transfer, Promotion and Termination details.
• Maintaining salary details in VP for payroll processing.
• Processing the payroll in the given time.
• Employee Master Data Maintenance.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning:
• Recruiting candidates of various skills for our Projects like RJIL, RCOM, TVI and PS.
• Recruiting and short listing the candidates for regular requirements for existing positions,
projects, assignments of the company.
• Managing & assessing various activities related to wage & compensation negotiation activity
during interview process and verifying their previous compensation details.
• Involving & coordinating with various departments in the manpower planning, Job designing
and Preparing Position wise Roles & Responsibilities.
• Identifying the future needs of the organization and scientifically making plans for the hire of
new employees, retrenchment, promotion or posting plans, assigning multi area of working by
assessing the skills and performances.
• Wage and compensation related studies and reporting for the possible advancements of the
working category or for the new introduction.
• Coordinating in Campus Drives and Walk ins for smooth functioning of recruitment process
Preparing MIS Reports:
• Preparing Absenteeism reports, turnover reports, Bill Back reports.
• Preparing Master database on monthly basis with updating of new joiners and resignations.
• Submitting the various reports like Attrition report, Cost per head, Head Count, Vertical wise
Cost, Variations in payment with cross verification of previous moth pay sheets.
• Providing information in the form of reports related to Employees Qualification Wise,
Technical vs Non-Technical, Gender wise reports.
Performance Management:
• Initiating Performance Appraisal Process of employees along with their reporting manager and
Circle Head.
• Handling confirmations reviews and taking care of training analysis for those unable to clear
the confirmation.
• Ensuring timely completion of PMS.
• Generating Performance Appraisal Letters - With / Without Increment.
• Updating personal file & HRIS with respective appraisal.
Statutory Compliances Management:
• Initiating the process of Registrations of establishment as per the applicability of various labor
acts.
• Handling Statutory (PF/ESI / P.Tax / Gratuity / Bonus & Superannuation) – Submission of
monthly / Half yearly / Annual reports with the concerned authorities.
• Maintaining Public Relations with Govt. authorities to maintain harmonious relations.
Preparing Full & Final settlements:
• Handling final settlement for on rolls employees, closing the settlement on time with 100%
accuracy. In final settlement I have also been taking care of leave encashment, Gratuity
payment, Income tax Professional Tax and ensuring the FS closed within the stipulate period.
• Ensuring that all documents are given for accounting Post computation of FFS.
• Identifying the cases to be reworked due to inputs received post computation.
• Locking the employee records to stop the salaries as per the input/mail from WFR team.
• Input/output reconciliation.
• Computing the Final settlements after receiving the clearances from all the departments.
• Resolving the queries of Ex-employees through phone and email.
