10. Warranty
• 4SProducts warrants for thirty six (36) months from invoice date
(“Warranty Period”), that all cables (“Product”) manufactured by
4SProducts;
– will be free from defects in material and workmanship,
– will conform to 4SProducts specifications for such product at date of delivery
and,
– will support all applications, to which the product has been engineered for as
specified by product specifications and as defined in telecommunications
standards.
• Remedies
– Replace/repair defective cables/parts during warranty period.

We understand how important it is to you
that products arrive on schedule.
• Our distribution network is run by state-of-
the-art computerized system that facilitates
order entry, tracking and shipping. When you
work with 4SProducts, you make one call and
place one order regardless of the number of
products ordered.
• If your requirements however are such that
you need several orders to arrive at the same
time, we will stage your order and hold all the
various products until all is gathered in one
place. We then send it in one shipment with
one invoice. At 4SProducts, we are dedicated
to “just-in-time” inventory and delivery.

• Buffer tubes are stranded around a FRP or steel central strength member
to form cable core.
• Interstices between the tubes and central strength member can be filled
with petroleum jelly (GelKore) or dry water blocking yarns and tapes
(DriKore) or can be completely dry using water swellable tape (ezKore)to
prevent water penetration .
• Cable cores are covered with aramid (or glass) yarn, steel wires or
aluminum tape to form a moisture barrier prior to sheathing with MDPE
or HDPE outer jacket to provide both radial strength and rodent
protection.
• All raw materials, finished and semi finished products are tested at every
stage of production in compliance with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Finished cables are packed in standard or customer specified lengths and
shipped following approval of final inspection tests.
