 The IT system is simple, it is based on Radio
Frequency Identification which is placed in
workflow areas
 If we cannot measure it we cannot manage it
 Reports flows to infection control personnel to
measure compliance
 Areas with high compliance could be rewarded
 Areas with poor compliance could be re-
educated
