Tetiana started her career as HR Specialist in International IT company Flextronics in
2005. Then she worked as a dedicated HR Manager in GlobalLogic, the Company with
over 2000 employees in Ukraine. In 2011 Tetiana joined EPAM as a Senior HR Manager
and implemented many of HR initiatives, policies and procedures for the biggest client -
Barclays Capital Bank with over 500 employees. In 2013 she became HR and Operations
Director of US outsourcing company Universal Mind and successfully launched a
subsidiary in Kiev with operations for a large number of clients. Tetiana founded Do IT
Relocation in 2015. Education: a Master's degree from Kiev National University of Trade
and Economics.
Oleksii started his career as the analyst in the Informational Oil & Gas Research Centre.
In 2005 he became Board Member of AB Ukrgasprombank. In 2008 Oleksii joined the
Asset Management Company of TAS Group – one of the biggest industrial and financial
groups in Ukraine, where he was working on financial startup. After holding a position of
CEO at Life Insurance Company BlakitniiPolis, Oleksii became serial entrepreneur and
launched several startups, including Do IT Relocation & Outsourcing Company. Awards:
Top 100 managers of financial sector - "Expert Rating". Order of Saint Sophia.

DoIT’s outsourcing solutions helped Intive GmbH – (the largest software provider of tailored
solutions in Poland and one of the fastest growing digital transformation companies in
Germany) to establish a new delivery center in Kyiv.
