Aluzinc Steel
QUEENTILE is made of the raw materials exclusively
produced by the leading world manufacturers:
steel Aluzinc - Union Steel, South Korea
1) the base of the material, gives the form and
stiffness to the roof
2) provides corrosion protection of the metal up to
6 times better, than conventional galvanized steel.
It ensures the durability of the material.
16
17. The acrylic binder, acrylic glaze
The european acrylic binder:
1) provides stone fixing of metal surface under any
climatic temperature range, which ensures product
durability
2) adds extra strength and rigidity
3) provides extra protection of the metal from
atmospheric phenomena
4) protects the coating from the dynamic influences
The european acrylic glaze:
1) protects against moisture
2) protects the color from fading
3) prevents the formation of fungus
4) additionally binds the stone chippings
5) protects against abrasive action of dust and
sandstorms
6) It gives an additional aesthetic effect and
strength of the entire material structure
Water-based materials are environmentally friendly.
The chemical formula is patented and classified.

wave (profile height of 60 mm).
Through rolling technology, the tiles in this design have an
ideal geometry for both the surface and the inside. The
production feature allows hemming tile, which serves as
additional stiffeners, masks horizontal joints and eliminates
damage to the stone covering the bottom of the tile.

This revolutionary solution has significantly facilitated and
speeded up the installation of a roof and
at times reduces the number of joints of sheets, which makes the
roof more monolithic.

29. Advantages
Main advantages of stone coated steel roofing QUEENTILE
Multilayer rough surface of the material has a high coefficient of
sound absorbtion. Noiseless at a rain and hail.
NOISELESS
QUEENTILE has a maximum class of resistance to natural
disasters. It withstands wind gusts up to 250 km / h, is resistant to
sudden temperature changes, moreover the roofing material is
not threatened by frost or heat waves.
Therefore, this material is widely used in a variety of climatic
conditions.
The rough surface of stone coating keeps snow, which is a natural
insulator, and evenly distributes it all over the roof surface (that
does not require additional accessories). Snow melts naturally.
DURABLE TO EXTREME
TEMPERATURE CHANGES
Sheets are produced in three options; 1,3,6-tile and this
revolutionary decision provides a possibility to considerably
facilitate and expedite roofing installation as well as to reduce the
number of sheet joints.
EASY INSTALLATION
The warranty period for stone coated steel roofing
is 50 years although the actual lifetime is much
longer.
50 YEAR WARRANTY
Granulated stone has high resistance to UV radiation
and retains its color throughout its entire life. The stone
coating is ceramized at 800°C
COLOR RETENTION
The basis is the steel with the front part covered with the
natural stone which applies high quality binding. The acrylic
glaze protects against moisture (prevents moss and fungus),
against abrasive action of dust and sandstorms. All
water-based materials are environmentally friendly.
MULTILAYER
Aluzinc coating which covers the steel sheet unites
corrosion-resistant features of aluminium and zinc protection
enhancing the benefits of both metals.
STAINLESS
More impressive geometry of tiles as compared to analogues.
Increased stiffness of the sheet. The refined shape of the roof
emphasizes the elegance and sophistication of the structure.
EXCELLENT AESTHETIC
Steel roofing is classified as a non-combustible roofing material
(Class A). That means it is the most resistant to fire.

QUEENTILE advantages
in comparison with another roofing materials
The high cost of the roof (due to the high cost of installation
and accessories)

The complexity of transportation, (fragility of the material)
and the supply of tiles on the roof
The entrance of small waste inside roofing space
The coefficient of heat absorption D=0,64 The coefficient of heat absorption D=0,13
Non-porosity of the roof and installation feature eliminates
the ingress of moisture
Weight 6,5 kg / m2
The steel sheet, as a basis for stone coated tile, eliminates
splitting and breaking. The low weight of tiles make it easy to
pass the tiles from ground level to the roof top during installation
Optimum cost (easy and fast installation due to
3 and 6 tile sheets)
