In April 2020, a familiar footballer contacted us with his own idea of a digital platform for searching for sports events.
Within a month, we did the verification of the idea and customization according to the business model and pricing. Identified the need for
organizers to attract teams from new countries and found it painful to work only through agents (this requires a commission and limits the
market) and confirmed the need for coaches to look for a variety of events (tournaments / schools) for the teams. There are no competitors on
the market covering pains and needs.
We formalized the idea into a business plan - an annual subscription for organizers for hosting events and a small fee for trainers for access to
contacts and real feedback on events. We came up with a brand (naming, identity, style) and created a concept for market positioning.
In May, the first angel investors were found and in June they closed the deal - 30,000 USD for the launch of MVP.
Over the summer, we made the MVP of the product and attracted the first users. We formed a project team. The author of the idea was trained in
IT business management skills. Drew up marketing, PR and investment development strategies.
Incorporated a company in Cyprus and completed legal documents.
Awards: semi-finals of IT Arena Startup competition 2020, TOP 50 Hype global sports tech accelerator.
As startup advisors, we enter the board and adjust the team's actions, as well as participate in making strategic decisions. We strengthen the PR
part and help to implement the investment strategy. We are responsible for reporting to investors and attracting new tranches.

4. Sportify.tech - digital coach assistant for sports medicine.
This is our own project, so all stages of growth have been lived with it. At the moment, they brought it to the sales stage and found a high
demand from the market. We cooperate with the world's Sport tech communities (HYPE Global sport tech, Qatar sport tech, SportechX)
The story began with our ambassador Vlad Vashchuk, who opened an understanding of the sports analytics market and the high demand for
these products.
We did in-depth analytics on the market and caste development among the target audience. We started development based on computer
vision, strengthened r & d, added sports medicine to the algorithm.
We have experienced several pivots, these were important steps, since we need to analyze the market and competitors in time and make a
decision on changes in the project in accordance with market trends.
Today the clients of the project are in the USA, Europe, Central Asia. Every month the growth is + 50%.
In addition to the technical part, there was everything in the creation of the project: brand creativity, positioning in the market, conclusion of
partnership agreements, building sales channels, building an agent network.

5. CBDelic - cannabis based chocolate
The team of cannabis enthusiasts offered my team assist them in business launching. We have analyze legal base go throw the key barrier in
the industry. As well we are covered all tasks related to the product development and suppliers chain to start the production: product sheets,
management of SOP implementation, creation list of suppliers and negotiations with them.
We drew up a business model, marketing strategy and sales plan, on their basis we prepared an investment strategy and a package of
documents (investment and communication strategies, pitch decks and summaries, financial model). We prepared a team for negotiations
with investors, accompanied them during the negotiations and introduced them to relevant investors from our own networking.
The team raised USD 500,000 in capital to start the business.
6. StepSensors - vibration sensors for smart security systems
A service company for the development of hardware solutions (IoT, robots and drones) decided to launch its own product on the market - a
system of vibration sensors for protecting objects. She turned to us for help in drawing up an investment strategy and preparing for investments.
We drew up a business model, marketing strategy and sales plan, on their basis we prepared an investment strategy and a package of
documents (investment and communication strategies, pitch decks and summaries, financial model). We prepared a team for negotiations with
investors, accompanied them during the negotiations and introduced them to relevant investors from our own networking.
The team raised USD 200,000 in capital and is completing the MVP development.

With 400k + organic downloads of the app, the startup team has been thinking about accelerating growth and attracting investment for several
years. And she turned to us for help.
Using team facilitation and internal analytics, we updated the business model (added a B2B model) and drew up an investment strategy.
On its basis, a package of documents was prepared (investment and communication strategies, pitch decks and summaries, financial model,
sales and marketing development plans) and a team was drawn up for negotiations with investors.
During the negotiation process, we participated in calls to give feedback and help answer questions.
