                  Upon completion of this staff training program, participants will be able to:

                o Demonstrate opportunities for collaboration with other members of the
                  Medical Education team
Training Part I o Identify and describe interconnections that exist between roles and
  Objectives:     responsibilities of various members of the Medical Education team
                o Modify current practices to include more members of the staff in the
                  development and facilitation of projects and programs
                o Illustrate the benefits of involving staff from outside their area in the
                  development, facilitation, and assessment of projects and programs

Building a Mission Statement for your area:

 Prior to the next Medical Education Staff Meeting in 3 weeks (Training
 Part III), develop a clear vision statement and mission statement for your
 particular area/division.

 At the next Medical Education Staff Meeting (Training Part III), each
 area/division will present their mission statement and vision statement to
 the entire group.

 As a follow-up to today’s Staff Training, Training Part III will strive to
 continue unifying the eight student service and support areas within the
 Office of Medical Education both functionally and symbolically through
 the following goals and objectives…
