I’ve been in charge as HR Director (in different companies working in a international contest) since 1998, focusing my experience on turning over and managing change as well as on people developing.
I have also published, thanks to the continuous collaboration with “Università degli Studi di Milano” (Milan University), some papers on Italian management reviews and books (il sole 24 ore etc, Franco Angeli).
My background includes all the traditional and basic Human Resources tools, but also covers a much modern and meaningful view of people management like analyze and run “people brains and knowledge” such as theirs “aims and attitudes”.
