3. • Failure or destruction is all about COMPONENT and element issues,
i.e. you damage or remove one component and the system will
collapse. For instance to stop a car from driving you only need to
puncture a tire or remove the battery etc. To bring down a building
all you need to do is damage one pillar or light a match.
• Therefore, an evil act is easy because it only involves working on a
specific component of the system. All you need to do is target a
small element, knowing that the system cannot work without it. It
is quite easy to create chaos, but it is very difficult to create order.
• Failure of an individual or business can be caused by one defective
or missing element. This is why failing is easy. When an element
fails other elements linked to it start failing, leading to eventual
collapse of the whole system.
• Because there are so many components there are millions of
reasons for failing.

5. • On the other hand, building or success is a systemic
issue, i.e. you need to make a COMBINATION,
integration and synthesis of things in a specific order. It
is putting together so many components, and hence it
is difficult. Building a system for success is complex and
difficult.
• To avoid failure, just keep an eye on EVERY element of
your system, since someone or something might be
working on some element right at this moment. When
you avoid failure you might keep on succeeding.
• In brief, it is difficult to build or succeed and it is easy to
fail or destroy.
