times, though, premium members decide that they would like to end or suspend their
subscriptions. It is important to follow the right directions to change your account properly.
Changing MyLife Premium Memberships
MyLife.com uses auto-renewal to make sure every member receives uninterrupted service to the
site. As long as you want a premium membership, you can take advantage enhanced options such
as viewing member profiles and getting contact information.
If you want to change or end your premium subscription, it is important to deactivate the auto-
renewal feature. You can do this easily by contacting MyLife's Customer Care professionals at
888-704-1900. They can take your calls Monday-Friday between 6am and 9am PST. They can
also take your calls between 6am and 6pm during the weekends.
When you contact MyLife Customer Care, one of our service professionals will verify your
identity. We take your security seriously, so we don't want to make it easy for anyone else to
access your account. Once your identity has been verified, our representative can make changes

2. Deactivating and Unsubscribing
Some MyLife.com members think that they can end their subscriptions by clicking the
