I founded Then Somehow... to help people find new ways to work think and do. I am a believer in a more conscious approach to working. I think by giving people practical things to do we can change the way they feel and what they believe about what they do. We help them design ways to make their work and their organisations better. Before Then Somehow I co-directed People Who Do which taught me a great deal about how organisations work and how you can help people change. Before that I ran digital, online and terrestrial radio stations for many years.
