Notes: Blood Pressure
• Systole = Ventricles contracting
• Diastole = Ventricles relaxed

• If your blood vessels were completely rigid
  then blood pressure would spike very high
  during systole and drop to zero during diastole

• Lower number = Diastolic. Pressure when
  ventricles are relaxed
