2. Student Tuition Bill
The list of tuition and fees can be found online at www.smumn.edu/sgpptuition.
• SMU billing statements are sent to students via their SMU email account on the
21st of every month. ***Please note that bills are not mailed.***
• The emails are titled, “SMU Student Account Statement.”
• Tuition is due on the 15th of the month after the start date of the course. (For
example, tuition for any course that starts in September will be due on October
15th. )
3. Student Account Statement
The image below shows a statement you can expect to find in your student email account
on the 21st of every month.
4. Reading your Statement
• Date-Due: The date your payment is due
• Due This Statement: Amount of money due at the time the account statement was
created
If you have made a payment on or around the 21st of the month, it may not appear in the statement
provided. For up-to-date account information, refer to WebTools: https://webtools.smumn.edu/
5. Payment Methods
Tuition bills can be paid in one of the three ways below:
1. Using electronic check by transferring funds from a checking or savings account
online. (Recommended)
2. Pay with a credit card online. Note: There is a 2.75% service fee associated with
credit payments. VISA is not accepted.
3. You can also Mail a check or money order to the Winona business office.

6. Online Payment
To make an online payment, log-in to WebTools and select the Make An Online
Payment link.
7. Online Payment
Online payments are made through an external payment source called CashNet. CashNet is PCI
Security Standard compliant website.
9. Online Payment
Add the amount you u wish to pay and select the Add to Shopping Cart button and
then Checkout.
10. Online Payment
Select a method of payment and complete the transaction.

A receipt of the transaction will be emailed to a personal email address of your choice.
