I am a dynamic and enthusiastic consultant with many strengths. I joined TCS in January 2012 to become part of their Digital Marketing Consulting & Solutions team. I have been able to draw on my past experience with CRM, direct marketing, measurement of customer experience and digital & social media. With TCS I have led on projects that have created multi-million revenues through digital transformation & web content management deployment. I devised a projects for another leading insurer developing a new Facebook application standard to create marketing insight.
