My personal five year plan is as follows: Year 1 Open my 1st store and ensure that it is done to an extremely professional standard. Ensure that by the end of year one that the business has at least broken even financially, with a concerted effort to make a profit. I fully intend to be the most compliant store for Subway in our area. Year 2 Look to acquire a second franchised Subway store in my local area.
