 A business model can be created by answering

 What is the value proposition? Why should
customers buy from us? What pains are we solving?
 Who are our customers? What are their needs?
 What is the best method to reach and maintain
strong relationships with our customers, will it be
cost effective?
 What key resources and activities will be required
to sustain our value proposition?
 What are the expected revenues, costs and profits?

  • 4. How to Create a Business Model?  A business model can be created by answering the following questions:  What is the value proposition? Why should customers buy from us? What pains are we solving?  Who are our customers?
