1.ZARA (GROUP OF INDITEX RETAIL PVT LTD)
Joined as an Department manager for their women's section handling around 20 staff, front & backend operation,
recruiting, store coordination etc for a 19000 sq ft store . Joined on June 2014 to till date .
Job responsibility:Providing support on :
Concentrating more on day to day sales compare each and ever subfamily growth & de growth .
Analysis weekly report of all subsection and subfamily and compare the same with previous year same
week , last to last week & from the season starts .
Analysis reports of all other stores in india and requesting for selling subfamily of store from other store
by elaborating their performance level on the same .
Requesting for store transfer for non selling articles after number of days . To stores which is doing good
on same .
Requesting articles after analysing market situation, trend , and festival seasons etc .
Making ranking article reports for each and every article in store and change the store coordination
according to the performance.
Training section leaders and section staffs for their growth .
Submitting trainer reportfor the same every week to the regional HR .
Controlling lateness, sickness, overtime etc .
Make sure grooming standards are followed as per conmpany standards .
Take every day briefing with knowledge, teaching & motivation.
Ensured store targets achieved and also yearly budget focus happening every day .
Ensure store basic guidelines are followed at any given point of time without any reasons .
Customer focus:
•Effective resource planning for customer service.
•Create seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and efficient
customer service
•Regularly assesses customer service standards within the store.
2.AND DESIGNS INDIA PVT LTD :
Joined in 2012 as an Assistant store manager, Promoted as Store Manager worked until 2014.
Job Responsibility: Providing Support on
•Achieving store target at any given point of time.
•Ensure Team Meeting taken on every day to analysis yesterday performance and the day’s Target.
•Ensure Global count done& report sent every week
•Ensure 0% shrinkage on store.
•Category wise analysis report about top 7 and bottom5 styles every week.
•Discussing about implementing new Steps to reach the store targets every week with Merchandiser, VM
Head, and Brand Manager on conference call.
•Recruiting New staffs for the store.
•New layout planning & updating the same to regional VM
Audit Filing Responsibility
•Physical stock vs systemqty
•Staff attendance, log book & DSR maintenance
•Petty cash with proper bill maintained.
•Maintaining Manual Bill book with proper explanation
•Stock in & out Register
•Staff in & out register.
•Second copy of every single bill arranged day wise and monthly wise.
•Signed Merchant copy of credit and debit cards maintained day wise and monthly wise in a folder.
•Advance receipt Book & Credit note book with proper invoices and the details of people who redeemed,
redeemed date, redeemed place and time
3.BEST SELLER RETAIL INDIA PVT LTD :
Joined them as a fashion Consultant on their shop in shop counters in lifestyle on 2010 promoted as a store
VM for their sub brands , From 2010 to 2012 .
Job Responsibilities: Providing Support on,
•Store Visual Merchandising of the entire Floor
•Weekly changes according to Top 10 & Bottom 10 selling styles.
•Ensure received stock will be on floor on the same day
•New layout planning & updating the same to regional VM.
•Achieving store target at any given point of time.
•Undergoing training about products and helping teamabout the same.
•Make sure customers are happy about the style and service at any given point of time.
