The majority of the people who answered my survey was men, which lead
me onto making my magazine mainly for men, focusing on a more manly
theme for the contents however keeping a wear to the fact that women
would still be buying it.
The majority of the people who answered my survey was 18-20 and 41-50 ,
which lead me onto making my magazine mainly for young adults and
middle aged people. This lead me onto designing my magazine on rebellious
bands relating to the older bands which had the rock and roll and newer
band that are relevant today for the younger generation reading.c
The majority of the people who answered my survey was based in the north
of England, which lead me onto making my magazine focus on British bands
with a British theme running throughout the magazine.
The majority of the people who answered my survey said that they would
buy the magazine monthly. Which means I could produce a high quality
which a representative price. And make the magazine with a lot of contents
to make the magazine worth buying monthly.
The majority of the people who answered my survey said they would pau
£3-3.99 for the magazine. However due to the fact I would be selling the
magazine monthly I though that was too cheap so I went for the £4.99 price
range. Which would allow me to make the magazine at such a high quality.
This question was a mix match with no out right majority of what people
preferred. But it showed me that people want a wide range of articles and
interviews which I think I have mirrored this on my flat plan.
The majority of the people who answered my survey said they would most
like to read about pulp which lead me onto making my double page feature
on the lead singer of pulp Jarvis Cocker. And if I was planning to do a survey
each week online to see what the readers wanted to read about.
The majority of the people who answered my survey said they where most
attracted to the main photo on the front cover. This lead me to have a photo
of the main double page spread fill the whole front page.
The majority of the people who answered my survey said they wouldn’t
recommend a magazine to a friend or colleague. But I decide that maybe this
question didn’t really relate to the target audience and I would mainly rely
on online advertisement and twitter and Facebook to publicise my magazine.
