Basic GMP Guidelines

1. BASIC GMP GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYEE’s
1. Any person shown at any time to have an apparent illness or open lesions that may
adversely affect the quality of products should not be allowed to handle starting materials,
packaging materials, in-process materials or drug products until the condition is no longer
judged to be a risk.
2. All employees should be instructed and encouraged to report to their immediate
supervisor any conditions (relating to plant, equipment or personnel) that they consider
may adversely affect the products.
3. Direct contact should be avoided between the operator’s hands and starting materials,
primary packaging materials and intermediate or bulk product.
4. To ensure protection of the product from contamination, personnel should wear clean
body coverings appropriate to the duties they perform, including appropriate hair
covering.
5. Eating, drinking, chewing and keeping food, drink and personal medicines should not
be permitted in production, laboratory and storage areas or in any other areas where they
might adversely influence product quality. Smoking and carrying smoking material inside
the security gate are strictly prohibited.
6. Personal hygiene procedures including the use of protective clothing should apply to
all persons entering production areas, whether they are daily bath and shaving for
temporary or full-time employees or non-employees.
7. Entry exit procedure to be followed as per pictorial display.
8. Should maintain discipline inside plant premises and professional behavior.
9. Do not use torn or damaged dresses, shoes, caps.
10. Do not wear jewellery i.e. ear rings/finger rings/nose pins and bangles.
11. Cut your nails and hairs properly and do not use nail polish.
12. Consumption of tobacco in any form is strictly prohibited.

कलए उपयुि स्वच्छ शरीर िो ढोंिना चाकहए, कजसमें उकचि बालोों िो ढोंिना भी शाकमल है!
5. खाने, पीने, चबाने और व्यक्तिगि दवाओों िो उत्पादन, प्रयोगशाला और भोंडारण क्षेत्ोों या किसी अन्य
क्षेत् में अनुमकि नहीों है, जहाों वे उत्पाद िी गुणवत्ता पर प्रकिि
ू ल प्रभाव डाल सििे हैं। सुरक्षा द्वार ि

िूम्रपान और िूम्रपान सामग्री ले जाना सख्त वकजमि है!
6. अथिायी या थिायी िममचाररयोों या गैर-िममचाररयोों ि
े कलए सुरक्षात्मि िपडोों ि
े उपयोग सकहि व्यक्तिगि
स्वच्छिा प्रकियाएों उत्पादन क्षेत्ोों में प्रवेश िरने वाले सभी व्यक्तियोों पर लागू है, चाहे वे दैकनि स्नान और
शेकवोंग होों!
7. कचत्मय प्रदशमन ि
े अनुसार प्रवेश कनिास प्रकिया िा पालन िरना अकनवायम है!
8. सोंयोंत् पररसर में और सोंचालन ि
े दौरान अनुशासन बनाए रखना अकनवायम है!
9. फर्े या क्षकिग्रि िपडे, जूिे या र्ोपी िा प्रयोग न िरें!
10. ज्वैलरी यानी ईयर ररोंग्स/कफ
ों गर ररोंग्स/नोज कपन्स और चूकडयाों इत्यादी न पहनें!
11. अपने नाखूनोों और बालोों िो ठीि से िार्ें और नेल पॉकलश न लगाएों !
12. किसी भी रूप में िोंबाि
ू िा सेवन सख्त वकजमि है!
