The tent in the crest symbolizes the outdoor learning environment
in which participants have communion with nature.
The colours - beige, green and orange represent the soil, plants
and the fire (spark) respectively.
The outline of three growing faces show personality enrichment.
The three strokes indicate radiation of knowledge.
Learn 'n leisure emphasizes the 'learn while u play' concept.
Our focus is on enriching the participants and shaping them into

12. Faculty
Brig Sushil Bhasin was involved in active training in
the Indian Army for 34 years. His training experience
ranges from grass root level of training recruits to the
macro level exposure in ARTRAC where he was
involved in formulating training policies and doctrines
for the Indian Army.
As Chairman Army School Bareilly, he got the inspiration from
students to divert his attention to Value Education. He did his B Ed
in 2003 and an Education Leadership Programme in 2005. He is a
member of ASCD and AEE (Association of experiential Education).
Sushil represents India in the international Council for Self-esteem.
He is a founder member of SSSCI (Special Sports Schools Council of
India).
EMPOWER conducts regular Youth camps at various levels.

13. Mr Anil Bhasin
Anil Bhasin has recently taken pre-mature retirement as
Manager, Inflight Service Department, Air India after a
glorious service of 36 years. A post-graduate in
Specialized Hotel Management, he has a long and varied
experience in travel and human relations, having, on
occasions, dealt with difficult situations and
emergencies. He has travelled extensively around the
globe for work and leisure to over 35 countries, spanning
all the continents. He was privileged to have been
conferred with the Best Employee award for his
dedication and contribution to the airline. He has also
attended a marketing workshop conducted by Boeing.As
the new MD of Empower Activity Camps, Anil Bhasin
brings with him vast experience in administration,
management and human relations.

14. Col Naval Kohli
Col Naval Kohli has served the Indian Army for 24
years. He has rich experience in human resource
development and has specialised in the field of
training. He has held instructional tenures and has
commanded various logistics units.
Col Kohli has served in Somalia under the aegis of
UNITED NATIONS PEACE KEEPING FORCE and
has been awarded a French Army medal for
distinguished service.
He has attended the Art of Living Course.

15. Neelu Grover
Neelu is a certified trainer for a wide
range of courses for child and youth
development. Her speciality lies in
creative thinking and life skills. Her
special interests include TRACE and
ASSET. She has worked passionately
with children for over 12 years.
Neelu has been working with
EMPOWER CAMPS for the last 3 years
and is a lover of children and admired
by their parents.
