song or music. Modern music
videos are mainly made for
promotional purposes to make
the artist famous and improve
the sales of the music.
Music videos popular around the
1980’s when a channel was
launched to promote new
music videos. MTV was the
first music channel to launch
only music videos and the VH1
came along.
