1. An icebreaker makes his way through the old and frozen system –> the system has to change and yes, we need to break it open! 2. An icebreaker leads his followers (friends, family, bosses and colleagues) safely through all these changes –> you can’t change things by yourself, you have to make sure you get and keep everybody on board! 3. An icebreaker breaks the tension and will make you feel at home –> Not everybody is breaking this system at the same pace and change needs to feel comfortable, that is (y)our responsibility!
