Without getting into the technicalities of how this was done, bloggers who blogged enough about George Bush as a miserable failure were able to rig Google’s multibillion dollar search engine algorithm so that when you searched “miserable failure”, the Biography of President George W. Bush from the OFFICIAL White House web site would be the first thing that popped up
