Introduction to Company:
Bajaj Auto Limited is an Indian two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company.[ Bajaj Auto
manufactures and sells motorcycles, scooter and auto rickshaws. Bajaj Auto is a part of the Bajaj
Group. It was founded by Jamnalal Bajaj in Rajasthan in the 1930s. It is based in Pune, Mumbai,
with plants in Chakan (Pune), Waluj (near Aurangabad) and Pantnagar in Uttarakhand The oldest
plant at Akurdi (Pune) now houses the R&D centre 'Ahead'.Bajaj Auto is the world's sixth-largest
manufacturer of motorcycles and the fourth-largest in India. It is the world’s largest three-wheeler
manufacturer.
Board of Directors:
1. Mr. Rahul Bajaj-Chairman
Mr. Rahul Baja j is a very renowned personality of India in Automobile Industry.
He has completed his education from India and then completed his MBA from
Harvard University. Currently he is a Chairman at Bajaj Auto Ltd. Being a part of Top
Management Mr. Rahul has to take care of Organization as a whole. One of the most
important agenda of Mr. Chairman is to take strategic Decisions which will result in
bright future for the Company. Mr. Rahul holds 29. 70 lakhs share in the company.

2. Mr. Sanjiv Bajaj- Managing Director
Mr. Sanjiv is MD of Bajaj Holdings since 2012. He has graduated from Pune University and
completed his MBA from Harvard University (following his family tradition :P)
Mr. MD has been awarded Best CFO of India by Today magazine in year 2005. He manages
this Organization in a very cordial way by maintaining candour and amicable environment. He
is currently holding 7.9 lakhs shares in Bajaj Auto Ltd.
Being a MD it is his daily order of Business to compete and win the cutthroat competition in
Automobile Industry.
It is his efforts and his Team’s endeavor that the Organization stands at the Peak of its Success.
3. Mr. Rajiv Bajaj- Director
Mr. Rajiv is Director of Bajaj Holdings since a long time. He has graduated from Pune
University and completed his MBA from Harvard University.
Mr. Rajiv’s current priorities are the application of the scientific principle of Homeopathy to the
task of Building of Brand centered strategy at Bajaj Auto with the objective of achieving its
vision of being one of the World’s leading Manufacturer in Automobile Industry. Currently he
holds 7.24 lakhs of Shares in the Organization.
4. Mr. Madhur Bajaj- Director
Mr. Madhur is Director of Bajaj Holdings since a long time. He has graduated from Indian
college and pursued his further Educational Qualifications from Switzerland.
He is recipient of THE VIKAS RATAN Award from ther e International Friendship
Society of India, for enriching human life and Outstanding Achievements. Currently he
holds 15 lakhs in Bajaj Auto Ltd.
5. Dr. Geetika Bajaj- Independent Director
Dr. Geetikais an entrepreneur and Businesswoman, Author and Journalist with PhD in
Business History. For two decades, she contributed to several Bajaj family companies in
India in various positions. She launched a publishing company and a real estate company.
Currently she is Director at Bajaj Auto Ltd and holds Lakh shares.

Bajaj Auto is a part of the Bajaj Group. It was founded by Jamnalal Bajaj in Rajasthan in the 1930s. It is based in Pune, Mumbai, with plants in Chakan (Pune), Waluj (near Aurangabad) and Pantnagar in Uttarakhand The oldest plant at Akurdi (Pune) now houses the R&D centre 'Ahead'.Bajaj Auto is the world's sixth-largest manufacturer of motorcycles and the fourth-largest in India. It is the world’s largest three-wheeler manufacturer.

He has completed his education from India and then completed his MBA from Harvard University. Currently he is a Chairman at Bajaj Auto Ltd. Currently he holds 7.24 lakhs of Shares in the Organization. 4. Mr. Madhur Bajaj- Director Mr. Madhur is Director of Bajaj Holdings since a long time. He has graduated from Indian college and pursued his further Educational Qualifications from Switzerland.

For two decades, she contributed to several Bajaj family companies in India in various positions. She launched a publishing company and a real estate company.
