the heyday of the 1960’s in uptown New York and was a haven for iconic music
celebrities such as Machito, Sammy Davis Jr., Celia Cruz, Fran Sinatra, Tito Puente,
and Johnny Pacheco evoking them to create what we know today as “SALSA,” a
music and dance that has united cultures through generations and carved a
permanent place in American music.
Complimenting tradition with Technology, HAVANA SAN JUAN™ has
revived the “Golden Era” of the Latin music 1960’s – 1970’s in NYC where the
migrating Hispanics who were predominately Cubans and Puerto Ricans
collaborated by merging their music from Afro-Cuban, Mambo, Rumba, Guaguaco,
Son, Cha Cha, etc, to create whe we know today as CLASSIC SALSA, it was era of
Benny More, Machito, Tito Rodriguez, Celia Cruz, Willie Colon, Ray Barretto, Hector
Lavoe, Eddie Palmieri etc.

- 6. MUSICAL DIRECTOR
Born in Puerto Rico, Louis Bauzo attended Julliard School of Music and studied in Africa,
Cuba, and Puerto Rico. He has been a professional musician for over forty years. A member
of the Tito Puente Orchestra for seven years during the 1970’s, he has performed and/or
recorded with Dizzy Gillespie, Machito, Mario Bauza, Eddie Palmieri, Mongo Santamaria,
Johnny Pacheco, Larry Harlow, Celia Cruz, Vicentico Valdez, Israel “Cachao” Lopez, Hector
Lavoe, Pete “El Conde” Rodriguez, Johnny Colon, Paul Simon, Joe Ellington, amongst others.
He has extensive experience in theatre, film and television; Arthur Penn's "Night Moves",
Leon Ichaso's "Crossover Dreams", Ang Lee's "Eat, Drink, Man, Woman", "Kojak" and
"Private Eye."Recognized as an expert in the performance of Afro-Caribbean ritual music, he
is also the founder and Director of the "Patakin" and"Carambu" folkloric dance ensembles
which performed as part of Caribbean Cultural Center's "Sacred Drums" Festival Tour
(1991).
Louis is the director of the the Latin Percussion Department as well as the Harbor Latin Big
Band and curator of the "Raices Project Latin Music Museum and Archive” at the Harbor
Conservatory for the Performing Arts in New York. In addition to playing Advanced Folkloric
Music, he is also a gifted arranger, producer and educator.

- 9. The cost for this totally integrated, turn-key marketing program is $25,000
gross, payable to Genco Company LLC.
Commitment deadline: May 6, 2013
Signed contract due by: July 15, 2013
TOTAL amount due by: October 1, 2013

- 10. We are confident that your brand will find BFM Movimiento to be cost-effective
and resourceful partner.
Strategy Implementation can begin immediately from the date of agreement,
assuming normal cooperation from your brand is a go. The plans for the New
Years Eve celebration can begin immediately from contract, and multiple
implementation visits required for the full roll-out.
To move forward to the next step, BFM Movimiento/Genco Company LLC would
required a commitment/deposit fee of $5K. From this perspective, we deliver
measurable value to you.
