Overview of two Greenroof Projects

1. Green roof Assemblies from Specified Materials

Coreflex Membrane and Greenscapes Green roof Technologies from
CETCO was selected for the Sandpiper Run Green roof Renovation by
Sutton Kennerly Associates

2. Green roof Assemblies from Specified Materials
and CETCO
The ability of CETCO’s Coreflex Membrane to be installed without removal of
existing membrane accelerated construction schedule to allow owners
enjoyment of the renovated green roof by Memorial Day weekend.

3. Greenroof Assemblies from Specified Materials

As part of CETCO’s quality assurance program, Field Vector Mapping was
used to detect any voids in the membrane prior to placing overburden.

4. Greenroof Assemblies from Specified Materials

The owner asked for a single source warranty and CETCO’s Greenscapes
was able to provide the drainage and growing media and include these
items in the waterproofing warranty.

HKS selected Cetco’s Coreflex Membrane and Greenscapes Technology
for use on the Healing Garden at the addition to Wake Forest Baptist
Health Cancer Center.

Collaboration between HKS, Stimmel Associates, CETCO, Wausau,
Specified Materials, Seager Waterproofing and Lend Lease enabled
development of details for the assembly .

Healing Garden will enable Wake Forest Baptist Health Cancer patients
and their families to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the facility.
