possibile l’utilizzo di Termo-telecamere per rilevare la
temperatura corporea che non dovrà superare i parametri
di sicurezza e all’ingresso si dovrà evitare il classico
assembramento alla reception. La soluzione migliore viene
dalle App che, previa registrazione, consentono l’accesso in
camera tramite il proprio dispositivo mobile.
In alternativa c’è il Self Check-in (Totem), dove l’ospite può
registrarsi e ritirare la chiave RFID per accedere alla
camera, evitando code alla reception.
Una volta entrati in camera, la domotica può essere di
supporto per limitare il contatto con quei dispositivi e
interruttori considerati “a rischio” ma necessari per la
gestione della camera. Un sensore di movimento infatti,
può rilevare la presenza/assenza dell’ospite all’interno
della stanza e abilitare/disabilitare i servizi in camera. In
alternativa al sensore volumetrico è possibile simulare la
presenza dell’ospite in maniera definitiva così da abilitare
tutti i servizi in camera fino al check-out.

range of compact mPOS devices: TM-m30II and TM-m30II-
H.
