Introduction – introduces the training course, it’s purpose, its sources and an overview of the course
content.
Lesson 1 – Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Learn how to correctly build a good WBS with the
appropriate content and level of detail.
Lesson 2 – Activities: Learn the guidelines concerning the use of activities, their durations, naming
conversions, IDs and other attributes that should be considered when creating activities.
Lesson 3 – Dependencies: As a key component in any schedule, dependencies (relationships)
attract a lot of best practice guidelines. Learn about each of the most critical guidelines that affect the
relationships you choose in your schedule and what a compliant critical path should look like.
Lesson 4 – Constraints: Another area of best practice standards that draws much debate, how and
when to use constraints, what types of constraints are best, and what types should be avoided in P6 –
