You have already seen some reasons for blogging. Let’s
look at these again
• have students share their personal feelings and
experiences
• ask a question and have your students answer the
question in a blog response
• respond to an answer that someone in the class
writes
• share materials, news, downloads, and links
• replace your news letter and stay in touch with
parents about what is going on in class
• Share your lesson plans
• Get feedback or gather information
6. Blog Questions
Now that you have some idea of how students can
respond to a blog let’s look at some questions you
might want to ask students.
When you ask blog questions remember to “Keep
It Simple”.
5 questions you might want to ask are:
• What do you think?
• Why do you think that?
• How do you know this?
• Can you tell me more?
• What questions do you still have?

11. Creating Your Own Video
The easiest way to create your own video is to use your
ipad. The ipad has a great camera and it is a simple
process to transfer your video to your computer.
After you transfer your video you will need to upload the
video to the internet.
There are 2 ways you can do this:
• Create a teacher tube account
• Create a Youtube account
After you upload to these sites you will have access to the
link then all you will need to do is post that link to a web
page.
