2. Fritters / Buñuelos

3. Ingredients
• Flour
• Baking power
• Salt
• Sugar
• Eggs
• Milk
• Ground cinnamon

4. Directions
• Combine in a bowl the beaten egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon
and sour cream. Mix well and heat it in a cooking pot .
• Add flour and mix well with a wooden spatula.

5. Directions
• Heat oil in a heavy pot or deep fryer.
• Drop fritter batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil, and
fry until golden.
• Drain on paper towels.

To stuff the dough rounds, take a sharp and
cut carefully.
Prepare the custard cream.
Spoon gently 1 teaspoon of the filling mixture to one
side of the dough.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture (Combine 2
teaspoons ground cinnamon with 1/3 cup sugar)
